First, the main responsibilities:
(a) to implement the party's education policy, adhere to the moral education, the implementation of national and provincial education laws and regulations and related policies, combined with local conditions, put forward specific implementation opinions and implementation details.

(three) to formulate the county education development plan and guide the implementation; Responsible for the statistics, analysis and release of basic education information; To guide the planning, management and implementation of educational infrastructure construction projects in the county; Guide the education and teaching reform of schools at all levels.
(four) comprehensive management of the county's basic education, vocational education, adult education, community education, private education, special education, ethnic education, preschool education, off-campus education; Responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education, promoting education equity, and guiding the education work of schools at all levels in the county.
(five) responsible for the supervision of education in the county, responsible for organizing and guiding the supervision, evaluation, inspection and acceptance of secondary and below secondary education and eliminating illiteracy among young people; Organize the monitoring of the development level and quality of basic education and vocational education in the county.
