Supplementary Notice on the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation in COVID-19 in Changsha Examination Area in 2023 for Economic (Primary and Intermediate) and First-class Cost Engineer Qualification Examination
Due to the complexity of the recent epidemic situation, in order to ensure the health and safety of all candidates and examination staff, all candidates who take the 2023 annual economic (junior and intermediate) and first-class cost engineer qualification examination must log in to "Hunan Personnel Examination Network" and "Personnel Examination Section of Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau website" before the exam every day, and carefully check the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in time.
Candidates are requested to abide by the Notice on the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation of COVID-19, a candidate for the 2023 annual economic (junior and intermediate) and first-class cost engineer qualification examination in Hunan Province (see Hunan Personnel Examination Network for details), and at the same time abide by the latest epidemic prevention and control regulations in Changsha Examination Area:
1. Candidates whose health code is green, communication big data travel card is green (those marked with * are regarded as yellow, so they are not allowed to take the test), whose COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test is negative within 48 hours before the first test (subject to the sampling time), their body temperature is normal after field measurement (body temperature < 37.3℃) and they have no symptoms related to COVID-19 can enter the test center, and they must wear medical surgical masks or above during the test.
2. Candidates under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to take this exam:
(1) Did not provide the original admission ticket and the original valid identification (consistent with the registration), did not provide the health code, communication big data travel card within 24 hours before the initial test and the negative report of COVID-19 virus nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the initial test;
(2) The epidemic prevention health code or communication big data travel card is a red code or a yellow code (the travel code with "*" is regarded as a yellow code);
(3) Abnormal body temperature (body temperature ≥37.3℃) was measured at the site, and it was still abnormal when the body temperature was measured again with a mercury thermometer after proper rest in the temporary observation place; One of the suspicious symptoms such as fever, cough, muscle pain, loss of taste and smell;
(4) Living abroad or in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan since June 2,/kloc-0;
(5) Having lived in a domestic high-risk area or closed control area or prefecture-level city (excluding Zhuzhou other than Changsha and Youxian) since June+10/October 65438+June;
(6) Since 10 2, it has been judged as a close contact of COVID-19 infected persons, or it has crossed the activity track of the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons published;

Candidates who have any of the above situations should consciously not go to the test center for reference. Candidates who can't take the exam due to the above-mentioned epidemic control reasons should contact the examination institution for the record in time, and apply for a refund or extension of the results after confirming the application is true.
During the examination, all candidates are required to monitor their health status and health code at any time. In case of acute respiratory symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃) and cough, or the health code is changed to "yellow code" or "red team", please report it in time and obey the management of on-site inspectors and professional medical personnel.
4. After the exam, please continue to do a good job of health monitoring for 14 days. If there is any abnormality, please go to the hospital in time and report to the examination institution in the examination area.
