The school was founded in 1962, formerly known as Changzhou Qinye Electromechanical School, and 1980 was renamed Changzhou Radio Industry School. In 2000, the People's Government of Jiangsu Province approved the merger of Changzhou Radio Industry School and Changzhou Electronic Workers College. The school is located in Changzhou Vocational College Park with beautiful scenery and modern atmosphere, which integrates teaching, scientific research, training, vocational skill appraisal and social service. Covering an area of 1.042 mu, with a total construction area of 320,300 square meters. Full-time college students 12334, 5394 continuing education students, 95 full-time international students and 824 faculty members.
