Can you tell me how to cook curry beef rice?

Materials:

Curry marinade, beef slices, potatoes, carrots and onions.

Seasoning:

Chicken essence, soy sauce, salt and wine (cooking wine)

Exercise:

1. Stir-fry beef slices, potatoes, carrots and onions in oil with a little salt.
