First, establish and improve the safety organization and safety system.

Second, strictly implement the confidentiality system in all aspects of information release.
There is not much secrecy work in our bureau, but the leaders attach great importance to the management of secrecy work. In all confidential work, we always adhere to the principle of leadership examination and approval system, adopt special personnel management and vertical delivery, strictly manage reception, distribution, circulation, destruction registration, special personnel delivery and special personnel reading, thus reducing the circulation links and scope of confidential information and ensuring the seriousness and confidentiality of confidential information in the work. Measures such as loading password settings during the production, storage and transmission of confidential materials effectively prevent network leakage and loss of secrets. In terms of government information disclosure, our bureau has set up a leading group for information disclosure review, established a system for government information disclosure review, and strictly reviewed and signed the information disclosure to ensure that the government information disclosure is not leaked.
Third, the use of computer networks.
The computer of our bureau has passed the technical inspection of information system security, installed a firewall, and installed professional anti-virus software at the same time, which has strengthened its effectiveness in anti-tampering, anti-virus, anti-attack, anti-paralysis, anti-leakage and so on. The computer information system of our bureau has been established, and no one is allowed to touch or view the computer system except for the use and management of special personnel. Mobile storage media, do not use the mobile storage media of other departments of this bureau, and prohibit the use of all unknown or unsterilized mobile storage media. When installing anti-virus software, all departments adopt anti-virus software approved by the competent national department to kill and kill viruses in time, and do not use unknown and non-anti-virus software, floppy disks, CDs and other carriers, and do not visit illegal websites, and consciously strictly control and block the source of viruses. In accordance with the requirements of open government affairs, the leaders in charge are responsible for reviewing the content and confidentiality of all open government affairs information. Zigong Environmental Protection Online disclosed the information of major activities, development planning and policy implementation of the unit in a timely manner, which was updated by special personnel from time to time, and the cadres, workers and the masses responded well.

Continue to increase the intensity of confidentiality education. During the inspection, it was found that some cadres' awareness of confidentiality needs to be further strengthened. In the future, we should continue to carry out professional training for security staff, improve the quality of security staff cadres, enhance their sense of confidentiality, improve their initiative and consciousness in doing security work, further improve the corresponding rules and regulations, earnestly strengthen and attach importance to the security management of online information, and ensure that the information disclosure review is in place.
