The thesis adopts the way of candidates' choice. The topic should be drawn up according to the requirements of national vocational standards, referring to training courses and combining the actual work of the candidate's unit or related industries.
(2) Requirements for writing papers
1. must be completed by the examinee independently, and no infringement, plagiarism or asking others to write it.
2. Unless otherwise specified, in principle, the number of words in the thesis should be no less than 3,000 words in the second level of professional qualification and no less than 5,000 words in the first level of professional qualification.
3. The data, reference books and other materials needed for the paper are prepared by yourself, and the citation part of the paper indicates the source.
4. All documents shall be printed on A4 paper in quintuplicate.
5. Candidates should collect relevant information around the theme of the paper, conduct investigation and research, engage in scientific practice, draw relevant conclusions, and organize the research process and conclusions into the paper in the form of words, charts and other forms to form a complete paper content.
6. The content of the paper should be clear in theme, clear in logic, rigorous in structure, fluent in narration, and integrate theory with practice.

(a) Comprehensive review of the composition of the Committee
1. Vocational skill appraisal guidance centers at all levels set up a number of comprehensive appraisal committees according to the number of applicants for defense, and fill in the expert registration form of the comprehensive appraisal committees and report it to the vocational skill appraisal guidance center of the autonomous region for the record.
2. Each comprehensive evaluation committee consists of 3 members. A 1 team leader presided over the defense work.
3. All members of the comprehensive evaluation committee must have deputy senior titles or above in this major or related majors (the chairman must have senior titles), and participate in relevant training organized by the Autonomous Region Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center in accordance with relevant requirements.

(2) Evaluation of the content of the paper
1. The evaluation committee will independently evaluate the contents of the paper, fill in the evaluation results in the comprehensive evaluation score table, and fill in the corresponding defense questions.
2. Candidates whose papers do not meet the writing requirements shall not participate in the defense.
3. The content of the paper accounts for 40% of the comprehensive evaluation results, which is obtained by the arithmetic average of the evaluation results of the members of the evaluation Committee. The results of this part of the candidates must meet the following two conditions before they can participate in the defense: members who account for more than 2/3 of the total number of the jury are qualified (≥24 points); The average score is qualified (≥24 points).
(3) thesis defense procedure
1. Written defense:
(1) Vocational skill appraisal guidance centers at all levels make written defense papers according to the defense topics, seal them in envelopes, and indicate the candidates' names, admission ticket numbers and thesis topics on the envelopes.
(2) Vocational skill appraisal guidance centers at all levels organize candidates to focus on written defense. The written test defense adopts a closed-book written test, which lasts for 60 minutes. Candidates are not allowed to bring papers and other materials related to the defense.
(3) After the defense, the vocational skill appraisal guidance centers at all levels shall organize the review committee to review the defense papers in combination with the papers, and fill in the review results in the comprehensive evaluation score table.
(4) The score of the thesis defense part accounts for 60% of the comprehensive evaluation score, which is obtained by the arithmetic average of the scores evaluated by the members of the review committee. The evaluation results that meet the following two conditions are qualified: members who account for more than 2/3 of the total number of evaluation committees are qualified (≥36 points); The average score is qualified (≥36 points).
2. Oral defense:
(1) Candidates should report to the waiting room 30 minutes before the examination time according to the unified arrangement, accept the examiner's roll call and arrange the order of defense.
(2) The defense shall be presided over by the director of the comprehensive evaluation committee.
(3) The person in charge of the comprehensive evaluation committee announced the beginning of the defense.
(4) The respondent shall explain the title, arguments, arguments and argumentation process of his paper (it is not allowed to read the paper word for word), and the time shall not exceed 3 minutes.
(5) The respondent shall make an oral defense, and the time shall not exceed 10 minutes.
(6) Candidates answer the questions raised by the judges on the spot (each member usually asks 1-2 questions); According to the scoring reference standard, the members of the jury scored independently.
(7) If the respondent withdraws, the bid evaluation committee shall fill in the comprehensive evaluation score table, and the comprehensive evaluation committee shall fill in the comprehensive evaluation score table.
(8) After the defense, the evaluation committee shall sign the grading draft and submit it to the Inner Mongolia Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center.
(4) Matters needing attention in thesis defense
1, papers that are off-topic, off-topic, or incorrect conclusions, or arguments and data are basically inaccurate, or the logical structure is seriously confused, or the words in each sentence are not fluent and there are too many typos, which are unqualified papers and may not participate in the defense.
2. Candidates should report to the waiting room 30 minutes before the examination time according to the unified arrangement, accept the examiner's roll call and arrange the defense order.
3. Candidates enter the defense examination room with the admission ticket and ID card, and report their names and thesis topics to the jury.
4. With the permission of the judges, candidates spend 3 minutes explaining the title, arguments, arguments and argumentation process of their papers (it is not allowed to read the papers word for word).
5. Candidates answer questions raised by the judges; Don't answer each question for more than 5 minutes. The paper defense time should not exceed 10 minutes.
6. Candidates should use declarative sentences instead of rhetorical questions when answering expert questions.
7. After the thesis defense, candidates are allowed to withdraw from the examination room by the jury.
