Tongcheng.com was founded by Yao Jinbo, 1976 was born in Yiyang, Hunan, Han nationality, 1999 graduated from China Ocean University with a double degree in computer application and chemistry. In 2005, Yao Jinbo established a classified information website, 58 City Classification. He is currently the president and CEO of May 8th Company.
