Three. Precautions for epidemic prevention and control
(1) Candidates who are still outside the city before the interview should know the epidemic prevention and control policies of Hebi City in time. If you need isolation, please arrange a reasonable time to come to the crane in advance to avoid delaying the exam. Candidates who enter the crane outside the city must strictly implement the filing system, consult the community where the destination is located in advance as soon as possible about the health management requirements of crane passengers outside the city, truthfully fill in their personal information, and strictly implement the health management requirements of crane passengers outside the city. Candidates who fail to report in advance or strictly implement the relevant requirements for health management of access cranes outside the city will bear the consequences.
(2) On the day of the interview, candidates should take the initiative to show their epidemic prevention health code, itinerary code, place code, negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and accept temperature measurement, without COVID-19-related symptoms. You can only participate in the interview after being verified by the staff.
(three) can not provide negative proof of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours, health code, travel code, place code and body temperature do not meet the requirements, are not allowed to enter the testing center.
(4) During the interview, we should strictly abide by the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, wear masks regularly, keep a safe distance from others, and leave the test center in an orderly manner after the interview to avoid crowd gathering.
Fourth, interview related requirements
(1) On the day of the interview, the interviewer must bring his/her valid ID card, written test admission ticket and interview notice, and arrive at the test center for the interview according to the time specified in the interview notice. Those who fail to arrive within the time limit are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically. If the interviewers cannot compete (that is, the ratio of the actual interviewers to the candidates to be hired does not exceed 1: 1), the existing candidates will be organized to interview, and the candidates' interview scores should reach the average score of all interviewers in the same interview examiner group before they can enter the physical examination (physical fitness assessment) and inspection.
(2) during the interview, it is completely closed. Candidates should consciously abide by the interview discipline and regulations and seriously obey the arrangement of the staff. They can only leave the examination room after the interview. Do not cooperate with the interview epidemic prevention and control and other work arrangements, cancel the interview qualification, recorded in the civil service integrity file. Those who violate the law will be handed over to the relevant departments for legal treatment.
(3) According to the unified arrangement of the whole province, physical fitness assessment, physical examination and inspection will be conducted immediately after the interview, with tight time and short interval. Please don't stay away from the candidates, pay attention to the information released by official website (website:/) of Hebi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at any time, and don't inform them in any other way. The examinee shall bear the consequences caused by not checking the website to publish relevant information in time.
(4) The civil servants employed in the unified examination in Henan Province in 2022 do not specify examination counseling books, and do not hold or entrust any institution or individual to hold examination counseling training courses. At present, the relevant civil service exam remedial classes, counseling websites or publications in the society have nothing to do with this exam. Please be vigilant, avoid being misled and disturbed, and don't be deceived.
(5) Other matters not covered shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and policies on the employment of civil servants and the relevant provisions of the Announcement on the Employment of Civil Servants in the Unified Examination of Henan Province in 2022.
