2. Subsidy standards and methods:
Commercial houses, houses and non-resident taxpayer that paid deed tax before March 3, 2023 and applied for subsidies before April 30, 2023 will be subsidized according to 15% of the actual deed tax paid. The deed tax subsidy adopts the method of "first levy and then supplement", and each property can only enjoy one subsidy.
3. Processing flow:
Required information: copy of taxpayer's social security card or bank card in this county, copy of ID card, copy of purchase invoice, deed tax payment certificate.
Subsidy process: the above information is collected by the tax department when collecting deed tax, and the electronic list of deed tax collection and subsidy information is transmitted to the financial department regularly. The county finance department will transfer the subsidy funds into the social security card or bank account provided by the taxpayer within 15 working days after receiving the materials.
