(five) completed five large or eight medium-sized construction projects in the past three years;
(6) Having a good social reputation. Article 8 Qualification standards for Grade B engineering cost consulting units:
(a) full-time technical person in charge has a senior title, engaged in engineering cost professional work for more than eight years, and obtained the registration certificate of cost engineer;
(2) There shall be no less than 12 full-time staff with professional titles, including no less than 3 senior professional titles, no less than 6 intermediate professional titles, and no less than 4 professionals who have obtained the registration certificate of cost engineers;
(3) Its registered capital is not less than 500,000 yuan;
(four) a fixed office space, a sound organization, a technical and economic file management system and a strict quality assurance system;
(five) completed more than five small and medium-sized construction projects in the past three years;
(6) Having a good social reputation. Chapter III Application and Examination and Approval of Qualification Article 9 An applicant who applies for the qualification of Grade A engineering cost consulting unit shall undergo a preliminary examination of the qualification by the competent construction administrative department of the State Council or the competent department of special industry recognized by the competent construction administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, and after passing the preliminary examination, he shall report it to the competent construction administrative department of the State Council for examination and approval.
The qualification application of Grade B engineering cost consulting unit shall be examined and approved by the competent construction administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government in consultation with the relevant professional departments at the same level. Article 10 The following materials shall be submitted when applying for the qualification grade of a project cost consulting unit:
(a) the application for the qualification grade of the engineering cost consulting unit;
(two) the title certificate of the technical director and the registration certificate of the cost engineer;
(three) professional and technical title certificate and cost engineer registration certificate;
(four) the main project cost consultation contract and the certification materials of the client;
(5) A copy of the business license;
(6) Articles of association of the unit. Eleventh newly established engineering cost consulting units can only apply for the qualification grade of Grade B engineering cost consulting units.
