Raw fish practice
1. Boned the fish and sliced thin skin for later use.
2. In a small bowl, shred the onion and ginger, chop the garlic, pour the hot oil in the pot into peanut oil, and add a few drops of sesame oil. Then keep the onion, ginger, Joe's head, coriander and perilla, and preferably add a little fried peanuts.
3. Decorate with a flower tray, put a cup of smoothie under it and wrap it with plastic wrap.
4. You're done. Drink.
