1. The main content of informatization in construction industry The Outline of National Development Plan for Informatization in Construction Industry (Draft for Comment) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2004-20/kloc-0 points out that informatization in construction industry refers to the use of information technology, especially computer technology, network technology, communication technology, control technology, system integration technology and information security technology, to improve the management, decision-making and service level of the competent departments in construction industry. The key to the success or failure of informatization construction of construction enterprises lies in the government's promotion of enterprise informatization work to the construction project department. Some construction enterprises have started the process of enterprise information construction for their own management needs, and many enterprises have taken into account the needs of qualification work. At the same time, some domestic large-scale software enterprises engaged in the development of construction enterprise management software and project management software have also done a lot of development work according to the requirements of the documents. It is undeniable that some domestic construction enterprises have embarked on the track of various management work after passing ISO certification, and their management level has been greatly improved. However, what have more enterprises gained from the ISO movement? Let's talk about our informatization construction. From the communication with the leaders of many super-qualified construction enterprises, many people had another idea about the ISO movement at that time. The informatization construction of construction enterprises is much larger than ISO, including hardware, software and manpower. And the investment of enterprises is often millions or even tens of millions of yuan. If such a system fails to succeed in the end, or passes the qualification test, but it can't really play a role in actual management, the waste caused is huge. (These data are in the budget document, and most popular information management systems have no interface with the budget document. Because of the large amount of data, it cannot be solved by manual entry. Then, how do the data of budget quota unit price and planned workload enter the information management system? (2) The actual cost of completed workload (ACWP)-refers to the cost consumed by the workload actually completed at a certain stage in the project implementation process. ACWP mainly reflects the actual consumption index of project implementation. (3) The budgeted cost of completed work, or earned value, surplus value and earned value (BCWP)-refers to the expenses calculated according to the actual completed work and budget quota at a certain stage of the project implementation process, that is, earned value. The calculation formula of BCWP is: BCWP= budget quota unit price-completed engineering quantity. Through the analysis, it can be seen that if the information system itself cannot produce the three parameters necessary for the calculation of earned value method, what role does this analysis play in the system? 2.
