Standing at the door waiting for the free time of the group members, I can't help but recall my understanding of Yao Jie. "Yao Jie is really not easy, it's really amazing!" This is a strong real feeling in my heart.
It is understood that it is called the "slow angel love house" because the "love house" is full of children with cerebral palsy or physical disabilities, and their actions are "slow". Some children are not only "slow", but even many children can't act independently at all.
Yao Jie, the founder of Slow Angel Love House, whose full name is Yao Zhijun, has provided free rehabilitation training for more than 600 children with cerebral palsy. Now, she is still taking care of the daily life and rehabilitation of one or two hundred disabled children.
Such a great Yao Jie has actually come a long way. When she was 4 years old, her father died and her mother remarried. She slept in the bridge opening, picked up garbage, wandered the streets, and worked as a nanny ... When she was 8 years old, she met a "laughing" girl (a child with cerebral palsy) who was several years younger than herself. Later, the girl's biological father gave up the girl, and she had to take her to die. Later, the girl's biological mother took her to live in Hong Kong for rehabilitation. After that, the girl went to England and became a lecturer. Sister Yao learned from the girl's rehabilitation teacher that if children with cerebral palsy can get systematic rehabilitation treatment and training before the age of 7, they will have the opportunity to take care of themselves; If they have the opportunity to study, they can even master a skill or enter a university to become useful talents in society. The girl's case is like a miracle, which makes her believe that she can help these special angels. Therefore, she hopes that she can be a bridge to help these children.

Cai Lao and I didn't wait long before the group members arrived at the "slow angel love house" as scheduled. I walked to the advanced door and said hello to Yao Jie. Yao Jie was busy at this time and invited us to sit on the second floor first.
When you enter the door on the second floor, you are greeted by banners all over the wall, and the wall is full of small stools. It can be seen that this limited space is often crowded with "slow angels". On the left side of the door, I saw many exquisite handicrafts. It is said that these are all done by the "slow angels" family in order to take care of their children outside and take out food to subsidize their lives.
Before long, Yao Jie was greeted with a tired smile. I asked her to take us upstairs to learn about the life and rehabilitation of the "slow angel". Sister Yao led us into the elevator. Sister Yao told us that they usually take the stairs, but some "slow angels" are abandoned by their parents, only grandparents take them, and some grandparents have inconvenient legs and feet, so they still need to use the elevator. On the other hand, taking the stairs can also save some electricity.
When I got to the top floor, I saw the place where I made my own dessert. Sister Yao said that it was inconvenient to get in and out during the COVID-19 epidemic, and few people came to offer their love. We have to make some homemade desserts to earn meager profits to support our living. Fortunately, some well-intentioned people are willing to help tide over the difficulties.

In the kitchen, the floor is clean and the tableware is neatly arranged. Sister Yao said that they have one or two hundred people to eat every day. I don't know what floor I went to, but I put a red heart on the wall of the corridor that entered the room, which was particularly eye-catching. It says, "Because of love, speak every word well." As we walked forward, Sister Yao opened a door and saw children and their families inside. She said sternly to her parents, "Why do you need to blow a fan to turn on the air conditioner? What a waste. Turn it off quickly! "
Walking on, we saw many "slow angels" doing rehabilitation exercises in the room. At the end of the corridor, I saw a small amount of rehabilitation equipment. Across the room, Yao Jie stopped. I saw a child looking at us with a silly smile, drooling from time to time, and another child seemed to be in a daze. Sister Yao said that these two children were orphans and their parents abandoned them! Yao Jie sobbed and continued, I was an orphan when I was a child, and I knew the pain. What's more, I can't bear them now, so I have to adopt them. ......
Out of the corridor, Yao Jie walked ahead. I saw that her body seemed very tired, and it seemed that every step was difficult. ......
In order to record and convey the truth, we went back to the downstairs door and took photos with Yao Jie and several children who were originally downstairs. Maybe I haven't recovered from what I saw. I don't know when a child next to me pressed my thumb hard. I accidentally opened my hand and the child squatted down. The volunteer next to me told me that the child needs to pull something, or he will squat down.
My heart is shaking violently. Yes, the children in the "slow angel love house" are all pulled by caring people and supported by Yao Jie, otherwise we don't know what kind of scene it will be.
Before I was ready to leave, I bought some lollipops in the small supermarket and shared them with the members of the group and the children. Members of our group are still embarrassed to accept it. I told them that today's lollipops will be especially sweet, because everyone has given their love. Although they don't have much money, they can only express their feelings, but as long as they understand it carefully, they will definitely taste the sweetness beyond candy.
In fact, I didn't introduce the specific situation here to Cai Lao and the group members before. After leaving the "house of love in the sky", Cai Lao was completely immersed in emotion and still admired Yao Jie's kindness and intention. I keep a diary to record what I see. Although there are still many things to say, I hope to convey this truth and emotion.
I don't remember on which floor of the "slow angel love house", there is a hand-embroidered plaque of Heart Sutra, which reads "To my loving mother, Sister Yao, the whole family is grateful". Reminds me of a scripture, Guanyin Bodhisattva heard the sound to save the suffering.
What makes Yao Jie bring hope to hundreds of disabled children and families who are mortal and suffering extraordinary pain, especially those she can't bear at all?
