Other countries and regions come to Shenzhen to hold economic and trade exhibitions (hereinafter referred to as exhibitions): exhibition name; The purpose and reason of holding the exhibition; Organizer and undertaker (the unit that holds the exhibition for the first time should also indicate its credit status); The time, place, content and scale of the exhibition; Whether there are technical discussion projects, whether there is the ability to retain and purchase exhibits, and whether there are foreign exchange sources to retain and purchase; Exhibition revenue and expenditure budget, etc.
Exhibition and coming time: submit the exhibition plan before the first day of each month 1 year; The exhibition plan shall be handled at least half a year in advance, and submitted before the first ten days of 1 month and the first ten days of July each year. (In case of special circumstances, it shall be handled separately according to the situation). Article 4 The exhibition group shall be established according to the principle of few but fine. In order to promote the export commodities of the special zone and open up the market, the exhibition units and relevant foreign-funded enterprises may, according to their needs, send capable personnel who know foreign languages and are familiar with foreign trade to form a trade delegation to accompany them and implement the combination of exhibition and trade. Article 5 The exit formalities for exhibitors and the entry visa formalities for foreign exhibitors who come to Shenzhen to participate in the exhibition shall be handled by the municipal competent department on the basis of the exhibition certificate and exhibition approval. Sixth exhibitions, fairs should pay attention to social benefits, quality service, reasonable fees according to the relevant provisions. Article 7 The materials distributed by overseas exhibitors and the films, slides and videos shown during the exhibition shall be subject to the examination and approval of relevant departments. Article 8 Organizers of overseas exhibitions (or Shenzhen co-organizers) shall not undertake the obligation to keep and purchase exhibits, and the SAR and mainland units shall go through the formalities of keeping and purchasing exhibits according to relevant state regulations. Article 9 When undertaking foreign-related exhibitions, customs, Sinotrans and other relevant units may be invited to participate in the exhibition management as needed to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition. Article 10 The waste materials after the foreign exhibition are received by the contractor (or co-organizer) and disposed of with the approval of the relevant departments. Article 11 Organizing exhibitions should be prudent. Once the exhibition plan is approved, the exhibition shall not be cancelled or postponed at will. If an extension is really necessary, it shall be reported to the original approval authority for approval. If the delay or cancellation of the exhibition causes economic losses to the other party (including both Chinese and foreign parties), it shall compensate the other party for the economic losses as stipulated in the contract. Article 12 These Provisions shall apply to holding exhibitions in Hong Kong and Macao and attending exhibitions in Hong Kong and Macao. Article 13 These Provisions shall come into force as of 1987 1 month 1 day.
