In this early spring when the grass grows and the warblers fly, I have the honor to meet with preschool teachers from all regions of Jiangxi Province in the beautiful Rongcheng Fuzhou, and attend the Education College of Fujian Normal University? The participants in this national training program are all backbone teachers and principals who are fighting in the front line of teaching. As one of them, I feel very honored and grateful. Thank you very much for your attention and concern for preschool education, which has provided us with such valuable learning opportunities. I would also like to thank the leaders and experts of Fujian Normal University for their careful arrangement and organization. The week-long training is rich in content, compact in pace and diverse in forms, including special lectures and case teaching, as well as observation and discussion of teaching activities and visits to kindergartens, which closely combines teaching practice with theoretical improvement. The wonderful lectures given by experts and professors in simple terms have led to discussions and questions from time to time, which have broadened our horizons and ways of thinking and benefited me a lot.

First, thinking about the characteristics of kindergartens.

On the morning of April 1 1, the opening ceremony kicked off the national training. First listen to Professor Lian Rong of Fujian Normal University? Teachers' growth psychology and mental health? Professor Hong Ming's? How do kindergarten teachers do project research? And director Xiaoying Ge of Xiamen Ninth Kindergarten? Exploration and construction of kindergarten-based curriculum? I have a deeper understanding of the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and the construction of kindergarten-based courses.

In the next two days, we visited the environmental layout and regional creation of three provincial demonstration kindergartens: directly under the authority Kindergarten, Fujian Normal University Experimental Kindergarten and Fuzhou Mawei Experimental Kindergarten, and observed morning exercises and five teaching activities on the spot.

During the three-day investigation and visit, I was deeply impressed by the outstanding local cultural characteristics of Xiamen Jiuyou and Mawei Experimental Kindergarten. Xiamen Jiuyou organically combines the folk arts and crafts (dough figurines, lacquer line carving, wood carving and paper cutting), folk customs (diet, marriage and costumes) and folk performing arts (Taiwanese opera and Minnan puppet show) in Minnan culture with children's daily life, and builds a colorful and lively curriculum system of local culture education, which effectively promotes the diversified development of children. In Mawei Experimental Kindergarten, no matter from the environmental layout or teaching content, I feel that Mawei's ship administration culture permeates every corner of the kindergarten. ? Kiss the ponytail? This course is effectively combined with theme activities.

Seeing the outstanding characteristics of these two kindergartens reminds me of the characteristic construction of my own kindergarten. The local culture of Xinyu or Jiangxi is not as prominent and distinctive as that of Minnan, so how to choose its own characteristic direction? Can Xinyu's heavenly creations, Fairy Lake and Xiabu also be integrated into children's educational activities? Can we learn from their good experience? These still need to be explored in future educational practice.

Second, thinking about the effectiveness of kindergarten teaching activities

Training in the second half of the year, Chen Shan's? Effective teaching of kindergarten music activities? Professor Li Tao's? Design and guidance of health education activities in kindergartens? Professor Wang Haishan's? Several key issues in the design and implementation of language education activities in kindergartens. Professor Wu's? Reflections on the effectiveness of kindergarten education activities. Professor Lin Jing's? Design and evaluation of kindergarten teaching activities? Experts have accumulated a lot of incisive explanations, and exchanged their unique opinions and valuable experiences with us without reservation around the topic of what kind of education and teaching activities are effective. We seem to enjoy a feast, which is delicious! Professor Wu and Professor Wu explained how to effectively realize the goal, preparation, process and extension of kindergarten education activities from the conceptual level with rich teaching examples. Professor Li Tao, Professor Wang Haishan and Professor Chen Shan explained in detail the core values of health, language and music, as well as the principles and key issues that should be paid attention to in specific teaching practice. This is really colorful and gives us great inspiration.

A week is really short, but we have gained a lot: the care of experts and professors, the friendship of preschool sisters, new ideas and knowledge, and the rich cultural atmosphere of Fuzhou, which can't be expressed in words. Here, I sincerely hope that I can apply what I have learned in my future work and hope that our friendship will last forever!

Self-evaluation of National Training and On-the-job Practice of Preschool Teachers (Ⅱ)

It is a great honor to participate in this national training. This training has provided a high-quality teaching team, all experts and scholars who have made achievements in different disciplines. This training is rich in content and high in academic level. It is full of profound explanations of new educational ideas and educational wisdom, which broadens our horizons. During this period of training and study, I realized the sense of mission as a kindergarten teacher, which also made me grow a lot. Through learning, I realized that it is not easy to be a kindergarten teacher, especially an excellent kindergarten teacher. I deeply feel that preschool education is a highly specialized subject. As a pre-school educator, you can't be short-sighted and only pay attention to pre-school education. You can only be a frog in the well. We should keep pace with the times, be forward-looking, be keen, grasp the pulse of life in time, be knowledgeable and thoughtful, and accompany our children to grow up happily with our infinite wisdom and love.

As a kindergarten teacher, I learned a lot:

First, it is very important for preschool teachers to establish a correct view of education and children. What do we think of children? It will affect our observation and judgment of children, and then affect our educational behavior. If we only regard children's learning as the result of our teaching and treat children's behavior as childish and need to be corrected by adult norms, then we are blinded and can't see the real children. We will turn all kinds of resources or courses in our hands into children's burdens, make children's growth into computer-designed programs, and will not create smart people.

Second, grasp the specific requirements of kindergartens for children's development in all aspects, and have clear guidance. In this training, the professors suggested that to improve the basic professional quality of kindergarten teachers, they should have the knowledge and ability to understand and educate children. The whole society is required to establish a correct view of children, respect children's nature and cognitive laws, and cherish the unique value of childhood life. The characteristics of kindergarten activity design include integration, life, development and playfulness. These four characteristics cover the overall grasp of the course and the requirements in form and content. This aspect is something I have never thought of at ordinary times, and it is also easy to ignore. Especially for development. The professor pointed out that teaching activities are to support children's internal learning, that is to say, any activities organized by teachers are to help children construct their own understanding of what they have learned, and any fruitful learning experience is developed by children on their own original basis. The teacher's task is to help children realize and complete this fruitful process. How important is the game to children? Children are naturally active, and games are their life. In the growth of children's life, games are always full. Everything that can be used by him in life has become his game material. The value that games bring to children can never be measured clearly with standardized tools. We should not only attach importance to the value of the game itself, but also prevent the alienation of the form. We should pay attention to the problem that children's learning becomes repeated exercises under the cover of games by putting on the coat of games and filling in the knowledge content. Many games come from children's reappearance of their own life experience, which is also the life source of games, providing time and space guarantee for children's games and making children's childhood more free.

Third, we should have a diversified knowledge structure and the concept of lifelong learning.

Through the communication between experts and teachers, I realized that teachers should have the awareness of lifelong learning, constantly learn new things and new knowledge, and constantly update and broaden their knowledge structure in order to have a diversified knowledge structure suitable for teaching. In decades of teaching career, it is inevitable that there will be a feeling of job burnout. Busy work is that I seldom stop to observe, think and examine. From June, 5438 to October, 20xx 10, I was very honored to participate in the short-term intensive training of rural kindergarten teachers in the whole province. During my 20-day study in Chaoyang Normal University, I deeply felt my lack of knowledge and the importance of learning. Teacher Huang's kind care also made me feel infinite warmth during my 20-day study. In the study, we listened to the lectures of experts and professors such as Zhan Wei, Zheng, etc. This has greatly inspired me in educational theory and teaching research. Their wonderful speeches have been washing my mind, and vivid cases have made me understand the importance of being a research-oriented teacher. At the same time, they have greatly inspired me on how to understand children, how to treat the relationship between teachers and children, how to attend and evaluate classes, and how to carry out effective teaching. These experts guided me into the cause of early childhood education from a professional perspective.

In this study, we not only gained something in theory, but also arranged many practical links for us. For example, after listening to the gamification process of Mr. Zheng's kindergarten, the teacher arranged for us to do simulation training, and the students actively participated. The personal practice improved our innovation ability and broadened our knowledge horizons. In the kindergarten practical handicraft and environmental creation, we listened to the wonderful lecture given by Mr. Zhan Wei, which benefited me a lot, and made some exquisite handmade works.

In this activity, we listened to the open class of Fukang Kindergarten in Shiyan City. In the course evaluation, I also deeply felt the gap between myself and others, from which I learned to reflect and enhanced my confidence in continuous progress.

This national training, whether it is an expert lecture or? The director talks about the garden? Still working as an intern, let me constantly reflect on my daily education and teaching behavior. I always ask myself: Where is the gap between me and them? How to make yourself an excellent teacher in the eyes of children and parents? I think an excellent teacher should have the following points: first, love children, love their work, integrate true love into all activities, and lay a good character foundation for children's lifelong development. Secondly, we should have a sense of professional happiness, regard the profession as a career, enjoy it and work hard; Thirdly, we should have higher education and teaching ability and teaching and research ability, and enlighten children with wisdom.
