2. Sign the agreement according to the information provided;
3. Arrange payment according to the agreement;
4. The application document NNC 1 shall be signed by all directors and shareholders, or sent to the place designated by the customer for signature (usually a PDF electronic document);
5. It takes about 5 to 8 working days to send back the signed NNC 1 document;
6. Pay the registered balance, receive the complete company information and complete the processing.
Conditions for establishing a company in Hong Kong:
1, and at least one shareholder and director is18;
2. Legal secretary (Hong Kong permanent resident or Hong Kong company);
3. Registered address of the Hong Kong company.
