So I wrote this paper.

Keywords: questionnaire survey of middle school students' pocket money

Under the market economy system, with the deepening of reform and opening up, people's living standards are improving day by day and their material life is constantly enriched. Middle school students are mostly only children, who are the little sun at home and are naturally favored. One of the important manifestations is pocket money. How should we treat the growing pocket money? How do students arrange their spare time? What effect does this pocket money have on him? These are issues of great concern to the society. Therefore, our group conducted an investigation and study on this situation.

To this end, we sacrificed a lot of time to design the questionnaire content together and distribute it to the primary and secondary school students we know. This is the first time to do such a questionnaire survey, it is inevitable that there is insufficient experience, but through the efforts of all members, this activity has finally been completed. The following is a preliminary research report based on the survey results.

Question 1: The source of pocket money-94.4% of middle school students' pocket money comes from their parents.

We believe that students without financial resources generally rely on their parents to pay for their living expenses. A small number of students live with grandparents or other relatives and often receive their pocket money, which is also based on the care of the elders for the younger generation. Therefore, most of their pocket money comes from their parents.

A small number of students who expect to earn their own living will improve their living conditions through part-time or part-time jobs, and at the same time get in touch with the society and enrich their social experience. However, middle school students are still relatively young, and there are not many parents who can agree to use their spare time to work.

Question 2: How much is the pocket money?

Most of the pocket money of junior high school students is below 50 yuan every month, and the consumption level of senior high school students is more general.

We believe that junior high school students are still young and usually spend less money. In addition, junior high school students' judgment ability and action ability are relatively weak. Parents generally don't give their children too much money to control, and only when they go out for a long time will they be more generous. Generally, they will give a few dollars at a time to meet the daily expenses and daily fares. Therefore, most junior high school students' monthly pocket money is below that of 50 yuan. Relatively speaking, senior high school students spend more than junior high school students in all aspects. Parents do not hesitate to pay the normal expenses for their children's studies, and at the same time, the children's usual living expenses and daily pocket money have also begun to rise.

Question 3: Use of pocket money

The three major flows of middle school students' pocket money: buying books, saving money and buying snacks.

From the picture, we can find that books on spiritual consumption rank first in teenagers' pocket money, but at present, there are few books for young friends in the domestic cultural consumption market, many of which are problem sets and supplementary materials in class, and few books can fill the spiritual space of teenagers. Therefore, we must attach importance to the cultural consumption needs of middle school students, tap the spiritual consumption content of Chinese style, and enrich the amateur life of teenagers.

It is worth mentioning that 46.5% of middle school students' friends will save their unused pocket money, and a considerable number of students' savings have a clear consumption purpose, which is an accumulation behavior. This result shows that the virtue of diligence and thrift of the Chinese nation has also been inherited and carried forward by contemporary teenagers.

Children's saving behavior is a good phenomenon, and parents should encourage and guide them correctly, so that children can develop good habits of financial management from an early age. But at the same time, we should also care about children's living habits. Bad habits must be resolutely corrected, which is also responsible for children's future.

In addition, many young students prefer to eat snacks, so the expenditure on snacks also accounts for a large proportion.

Question 4: Attitude towards pocket money Middle school students generally lack financial management ability.

We believe that many of a person's habits are formed in adolescence, and a student's attitude towards pocket money can reflect the details of financial management in the future: a person is thrifty when he is young, but he will never spend money lavishly when he grows up; When he was young, he had to experience wind and rain, which made him feel that money was hard to come by, and when he grew up, he would make irreparable mistakes carelessly.

The above is a collation of the survey results. We can get a lot of enlightenment from it.

A considerable number of new generations have been strongly impacted by money when they are still young, and are gradually forming a unique view of money. Therefore, money education is a severe challenge to families, schools and even the whole society. It is necessary for educators to teach children how to treat money and money. At present, there is no special money education course in primary and secondary schools in China, and there is no specific money education strategy in the initial quality education system. Some money education activities mostly stay at the level of abstract moral concepts, and there is no formal system. The problem is very serious.

Parents in many developed countries pay more attention to cultivating their children's independence. No matter how good the family economic conditions are, it is still common for students to work to earn money and earn their own living. China is still relatively backward in concept. Parents always want to create a comfortable environment for their children and let them grow up under their own umbrella. Who doesn't want their children to get ahead in the future, but don't be careless in education. It's not good to pull out the seedlings, and it's even more undesirable if the tube is too thin!

Successful educational experience abroad shows that financial education in consumption and investment for primary and secondary school students will help children adapt and be sensitive to the economy and society, and have a considerable impact on their future financial management ability. Of course, it is an arduous process to educate primary and secondary school students about money at present. Now many families are only children. Parents spoil their children too much, and children should try their best to be satisfied. The superior conditions of the family have formed the bad habit of gluttony and laziness. As we all know, a wish to turn a son into a dragon turned out to be an adopted adult, and there are countless examples around. Teaching children how to use pocket money is the most basic link. Our group started a discussion on this. Finally, we designed a week's consumption plan for high school students.

These are some of our ideas. I hope it can inspire everyone. However, specific problems need specific analysis. Everyone should make the plan that suits him best according to the actual situation of his family and life.

To sum up, through this survey, we have drawn two points. First, the majority of primary and secondary school students should arrange pocket money reasonably. Cultivate the concept of financial management. Second, families, schools and society should strengthen financial education for students. Only by combining the two aspects closely can children grow up healthily and occupy a place in this highly competitive society.

Finally, I would like to extend my highest thanks to all the students and teachers who have helped me. Thank you!
