Xianyang Weicheng Middle School, founded in 1955, was originally named Xianyang No.4 Middle School, referred to as "No.4 Middle School". The school is located in the political and economic center of Xianyang, the first imperial city in China, with a total area of more than 30 mu. 1986 was renamed Xianyang Weicheng Middle School, and was approved as a provincial-level standardized high school by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education in 2008.
