The quality objectives of this project are as follows:
(1) Zero quality accident target;
(2) Quality acceptance evaluation target: the first pass rate of the project 100%.
(3) Project appearance quality target: 95 points or above;
(4) Quality evaluation grade objective: qualified.
According to the requirements of the tender documents of this project, the bidder intends to set up the quality inspection department and the quality management inspection agency of the project department-the quality inspection department to manage and control the whole construction process, so as to meet the needs of the quality objectives of this project and realize the bidder's promise.
According to the requirements of ISO900 1-2008 quality system adopted by this bidder, the quality assurance system of this project is established, which consists of three parts: organizational system, ideological system and control system. Establish a strict quality assurance system based on ideological system, organizational system as guarantee, control system as guarantee measure and quality management system as specification.
The quality inspection department is responsible for the quality inspection in the construction process. This project implements a control system operation constraint mechanism based on the combination of "three inspection system" self-constraint and external monitoring.
Quality control system includes: quality responsibility system, regular meeting system, coordinated learning system, quality information management, quality defects, accident handling, establishment of reward and punishment system, employer satisfaction survey and return visit.
Quality assurance measures:
The quality inspection department of this bidder will work out the quality supervision work plan and quality inspection measures, set up quality control points and define the responsibility system according to the requirements of the quality management objectives of this project. The on-site inspection and test shall be completed by the on-site laboratory, which is the full-time institution of the bidder to provide on-site inspection and test services for this project. We will be equipped with engineers and technicians with high technical level, rich work experience and strong sense of responsibility and advanced testing instruments and equipment to complete various tasks of on-site inspection.
Warranty measures after project completion:
(1) After the project is completed, a project completion maintenance team composed of technical leaders of the project department and technical cadres and related personnel will be established to be responsible for the project maintenance during the defect liability period.
(2) During the defect liability period, the maintenance team shall regularly conduct comprehensive and detailed quality inspection of the built project, organize inspection in time after encountering irresistible natural disasters such as typhoon and rainstorm, register the engineering defects clearly, carefully analyze the reasons, report the defect quantity, defect scope, defect responsibility and cause analysis to the owner in time, and immediately organize maintenance.
(3) During the defect liability period, the maintenance of the project should be carried out without affecting the normal use, and feasible protective measures should be taken when necessary. If it is really necessary to interrupt the operation, it must be carried out with the consent of the employer.
(4) The remedial measures for various defects must meet the requirements of the specifications and be recognized by the Employer.
(5) There are two kinds of defect liability maintenance. If the internal stress changes or external damage of the structure are caused by the contractor's construction quality problems, the contractor will take out the repair plan and report it to the employer for approval, and implement it immediately. If the defects are caused by design or other non-contractor's responsibilities, the contractor shall promptly report to the employer and the designer, and organize maintenance according to the scheme approved by the employer and the designer.
(6) The defect maintenance team established by the contractor will also make reasonable improvements and supplements to the design defects in this bid.
(7) If we need to provide maintenance services for engineering defects and quality hidden dangers caused by natural reasons other than design and construction quality, the construction contract shall be implemented.
