The Communications Administration Bureau is the competent department of communications industry within the provincial administrative region, and implements the dual leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the provincial people's government, with the Ministry of Information Industry as the main management system. Formerly known as the provincial post and telecommunications administrations,1March 9, 1998, the Ministry of Information Industry was established on the basis of the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Electronic Industry (changed to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in March 2008).
1. Implement the national guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on the management of the telecommunications industry, and implement overall planning and industry management for the public telecommunications networks and private telecommunications networks in the region;
2, responsible for accepting and issuing local telecom business license and telecom equipment network management, in conjunction with the local price management department and the quality and technical supervision department to supervise and manage the local telecom service price and service quality;
3. Ensure the interconnection and fair access of public telecommunication networks, and coordinate the economic and business relations between telecommunication enterprises;
4, according to the authorization, responsible for the distribution and management of telecommunication network code number and other public telecommunication resources;
5, organize and coordinate communication and information security, party and government special communication and emergency communication, etc. ;
6. To undertake other tasks assigned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
