Dangerous goods qualification certificate is divided into dangerous goods driver qualification certificate and dangerous goods escort qualification certificate. To apply for dangerous goods driver qualification certificate and escort certificate, you must attend training and study respectively, and then take the exam. Only after passing the exam can the certificate be issued. The local transportation administration is responsible for examining and issuing certificates. The conditions for applying for dangerous goods driver's qualification certificate are: under 60 years of age, driving experience of more than 3 years (including 3 years), general cargo or ordinary passenger's qualification certificate of more than 2 years (including 2 years), and no major accident certificate for 3 years.
Legal basis: Article 16 of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners applies for taking the qualification examination for drivers of road transport of dangerous goods, and shall apply to the municipal department in charge of transportation where the household registration is located or where the temporary residence is located, fill in the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Road Transport Practitioners, and provide the following materials: (1) Identity certificate and photocopy; (2) Motor vehicle driver's license and its copy; (three) the road passenger driver qualification certificate or road cargo transport driver qualification certificate and its copy or full-time driving vocational education certificate; (4) Relevant training certificates and photocopies; (five) the certificate issued by the competent department of road traffic safety that there is no record of major traffic accidents within 3 years.
