Second, the two-way selection procedure.
1, registration of demobilized cadres. Who meet the conditions of demobilized cadres, must be in the specified time to the city demobilized registration, with the consent of the qualification examination, fill out the "two-way choice distribution agreement"), to participate in the two-way choice. Demobilized cadres who fail to register within the specified time shall be regarded as giving up the qualification of two-way choice.
2. Hold a two-way selection fair for demobilized cadres. In those days, the leaders of municipal departments with resettlement tasks, provincial units stationed in Bao, and the heads of personnel departments (divisions) met the requirements of two-way selection to attend the fair and make two-way selection. Receiving units can also choose demobilized cadres in other forms such as consulting files in the Municipal Demobilization Office after the two-way selection fair.
3. Sign a two-way selection and distribution agreement. After an agreement is reached between the receiving unit and the demobilized cadres, the receiving unit and the demobilized cadres themselves fill in the Agreement on Two-way Selection and Distribution, sign and seal it, and report it to the Municipal Demobilization Office for the record. Receiving units and demobilized cadres should, in principle, report the two-way choice distribution agreement to the municipal demobilization office for the record within 7 days after the end of the two-way choice fair. Under special circumstances, the receiving unit should inform the municipal demobilization office in advance, and if it fails to report it within the time limit without justifiable reasons, the two-way selection distribution agreement is invalid.
Three. Distribution of government package bottom
For demobilized cadres who did not participate in the two-way choice and participated in the two-way choice but did not sign the "two-way choice distribution agreement", the government will allocate them at the bottom, and the municipal army will transfer to the units that have not completed the resettlement plan, and each unit shall not refuse to accept them. Among them, demobilized military cadres who have obtained the qualification notice and obeyed the organization's distribution will be transferred from the municipal army to the municipal and provincial party and government organs stationed in Bulgaria and institutions managed with reference to the Civil Service Law. At the time of placement, individuals are required to fill in their volunteers, and the bottom of the package is allocated in turn according to the assessment and test scores.
