1. First, open the mobile phone WeChat to find and add friends.
2. Search for "Postal Express" in the official WeChat account and add the official WeChat account.
3. Enter the official WeChat account and click "My"-"My Order" in the menu bar below.
4. Click the menu on the left, and then click Unregistered.
5. The mobile phone number login interface appears. Enter your mobile phone number and send the verification code to log in.
6. After logging in, click Email Query in the menu bar.
7. Select the mobile phone number to query. Then click Query.
