Thoughts on the cluster industrialization of urban geological data information service

This paper analyzes the main significance and necessity of the industrialization construction of urban geological data information service cluster, and expounds in detail the main ideas of urban "industrialization" construction and possible problems in project implementation in combination with the actual work in Hunan. Finally, some suggestions on the content of urban "industrialization" are put forward.

1 Introduction

In order to form a systematic, standardized and efficient information-based geological data management and service model, and promote the management of land and resources to a new level. In 2009, the Ministry of Land and Resources deployed the pilot research work of clustering industrialization of geological data information service, and carried out research from two aspects: urban geological data and mine geological data clustering management and industrialization service, and achieved remarkable results. Hunan Provincial Department of Land and Resources actively promotes the clustering industrialization of geological data information services and develops the clustering industrialization of urban geological data information services (referred to as "urbanization"). From the aspects of urban geological data collection, collation, database construction and urban geological data collection and management mechanism, the comprehensive database and management system of urban geological data are established, and the data collection and sharing service platform is constructed to provide strong technical support and information guarantee for data management. The author talks about some superficial views on the construction of urban geological data information in Hunan Province.

2. The main significance and necessity of building two cities.

Scientific and reasonable decision-making is inseparable from sufficient and accurate basic data. Urban geological information data has timeliness, covering a wide range and content. Through the construction of data cluster and exchange management means, we can scientifically manage, update and enjoy massive urban geological data in time, and provide timely and accurate data reference for leading scientific decision-making.

2.2 To provide support for the promotion of geological data management

According to "Regulations on Geological Data Management", the Municipal Geological Data Office has formulated the management mechanism of urban geological data exchange, built an information sharing platform, realized the dynamic update of geological data, and effectively promoted the scientific, standardized and refined management of geological data.

2.3 Provide ideas for the development and utilization of geological data.

Over the years, geological data information services have mainly focused on geological prospecting and mineral exploration. The comprehensive service of urban geological data information is still in its infancy, and the work of urban planning, engineering construction and underground space suitability evaluation has a great demand for high-standard urban geological data information. Cluster scattered urban geological data information, change service mode, change passive service into active service, expand ideas, dig deep into urban geological data information and develop discipline-oriented service products.

3. The main idea of twin cities construction

Guided by serving the development of the city, with the core of enhancing the guarantee ability of urban geological data information for economic and social construction and development, we will build an all-round, diversified and flexible service mechanism and a new geological data management service system. 4. Two possible problems in the process of urban industrialization and urbanization

4. 1 Traditional thinking and management mode are not in harmony with cluster industrialization.

The industrialization of geological data information service cluster is an innovative measure of geological data management and service. It is difficult to adjust and update the long-standing thinking and management mode in the past in a short time. In the early stage of systematization and information management of geological data, the workload of data sorting, processing and warehousing is heavy. In addition, in the management mode, clustering needs the support of standards, norms and systems, and needs the close cooperation of urban construction, land management departments, data storage units and data production units.

4.2 The collection mechanism of urban geological data is not perfect.

For a long time, urban geological data have not been submitted to the land and resources management department, which leads to the low degree of attention and social utilization of these data. Making data collection mechanism according to local conditions, introducing effective measures and supervising data collection are the starting point and fundamental point to realize urban geological data cluster management and industrial service.

5. Suggestions on the contents of urban industrialization and urbanization.

The connotation and extension of urbanization work are relatively wide, and its main content is summarized as "building mechanism, standard, platform and industry". Through the "four constructions", urban geological data can be submitted smoothly, forming standardized data under unified platform management, and then developing specific data products according to different needs, so as to truly realize the scientific management, sustainable utilization and update of urban geological data.

5. 1 urban geological data collection mechanism

Urban geological data, especially engineering survey data, have been kept in urban construction archives. According to the requirements of the Regulations on Geological Data Management, urban geological data should be submitted to the land and resources management department in a unified way. The work of urban industrialization and urbanization needs to formulate relevant mechanisms, clarify the contents, types, competent departments, receiving points, formats, supervision and punishment methods of urban geological data collection, and form industry regulations to ensure the timely and quantitative collection of urban geological data.

5.2 Urban Geological Data Database Construction Standards

There are many kinds of urban geological data, and the production time and producers are different, which leads to various geological data formats. In order to standardize the database construction of urban geological data, it is necessary to formulate database construction standards, mainly including database content, naming and coding rules, data table structure, spatial coordinate system and so on.

5.3 Urban Geological Data Management Platform

A multi-source, heterogeneous and massive data management platform based on data center is constructed by using geological information management and visualization technology under the integrated mode of 2D and 3D GIS. The platform functions should include data management and maintenance, data analysis and evaluation, data network publishing, data stereoscopic display, etc. Its frame diagram is as follows:

5.4 Urban Geological Data Service Products

Clients: The clients of urban geological data can be divided into three levels: government level, enterprise level and public level. Through consultation, we can change passive service into active service, understand customers' demand for geological data and information, and customize targeted service products.

Service content: provide basic data query and thematic analysis results for government departments' urban development planning and urban construction for decision-making reference; Provide borehole geological and hydrogeological data for the establishment and construction of urban engineering construction projects in enterprises and institutions, reduce engineering investment and provide construction safety; To provide the public with information on land subsidence, groundwater pollution, agricultural geology and other popular science propaganda.
