3. Do not connect your mobile phone to confidential information systems, information equipment or operators.
4. Sensitive information such as the work unit, position and red telephone number of the core confidential information personnel shall not be stored on the mobile phone.
5. Do not open and use the location service function of mobile phone in confidential official activities.
6. When applying for a mobile phone number, registering a mobile phone mailbox or opening other functions, the name and address information of the confidential unit that is prohibited from being disclosed shall not be filled in.
7. Without the permission of the State Telecommunications Administration, mobile phones shall not be used.
8. Do not use mobile phones donated by overseas institutions and personnel.
9. Please don't bring your mobile phone into confidential key parts, confidential meetings and activity places.
10. Don't use mobile phones in confidential departments.

12. Do not use commercial encrypted mobile phones to talk about, store, process or transmit state secret information.
