Candidates who take part in the physical examination should gather in front of Dongmen Square of Cangzhou International Conference Center (address: Shanghai Road, Canal District, Cangzhou City) with their valid ID and interview notice before 6: 00 am on the same day.
Candidates queue up according to the instruction according to the grouping list of medical examiners (attachment), and then take a bus to the medical examination hospital. Candidates who fail to arrive before 6:30 without reason will be considered as giving up automatically.
Second, the matters needing attention are as follows:
1, the day before physical examination, please pay attention to rest, don't stay up late, don't drink alcohol, and avoid strenuous exercise. Pay attention to diet, do not eat greasy and indigestible food, and do not eat drugs harmful to liver and kidney function.
Candidates are not allowed to carry any communication tools. After 22:00 the day before physical examination, people should fast water and keep an empty stomach.
3. If you have a medical history, you should fill in the medical examination form and truthfully inform the person in charge of the medical examination. Candidates who conceal medical history, impersonate, falsify, alter information, etc. during the medical examination. Will be dismissed in accordance with relevant regulations. If the circumstances are serious, relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
4. Candidates should arrange their trips in advance to avoid delaying the medical examination due to traffic reasons. Please understand that parking in the square is not allowed when driving or accompanying candidates for physical examination. Accompanying personnel are not allowed to enter the cordon, and they are not allowed to follow the medical examination vehicles into the hospital, so as not to affect the normal medical examination order of candidates.
5. Candidates' medical examination fee 350 yuan can be paid in cash, Alipay or WeChat, and collected by the hospital. Prepare for re-examination within seven days after physical examination, keep the mobile phone open, pay attention to diet and not drink alcohol. If the physical examination results are affected due to personal reasons, the consequences will be at your own risk. If the reexamination notice is not received within three days after the physical examination, the physical examination is qualified.
