This means that this peninsula is bidding for the world's top urban design institutions and has completed the pre-qualification of institutions; The next step is to plan and design the Jiguanshi Peninsula along the marble line, and the appearance of the next high-rise urban area in the main city is just around the corner.

According to the Announcement on Collection of Marble Stone Regional Urban Design of Nanbin Road, Two Rivers and Four Banks in Chongqing Central City issued by the Nan 'an District Government of Chongqing, Chongqing's planning and natural resources situation, the ideas and schemes of Marble Stone Regional Urban Design are collected for the whole world.
This design scope is divided into two aspects in the scheme, one is the research scope of the master plan, and the other is the design scope of key cities.
The study scope of the master plan is about 10 square kilometer. The design scope of key cities is about 57 hectares.

In the stage of urban design achievement, the urban design deepening units determined through collection and evaluation need to deepen the design from the aspects of business planning, public space, landscape system, comprehensive transportation organization, architectural form control, underground space planning, night lighting, development sequence and so on, based on the preliminary requirements and comprehensive evaluation opinions of organizers and related experts.
