1. Transfer out of the province:
Step 1: After entering the system, click "Organization Relationship Transfer" and select "Direct Transfer".
Step 2: Select the name of party member to be transferred out, and search and select the name of the recipient organization. When you have filled in all the information, click Finish and wait for the process to complete.
2. Transfer to other provinces:
Step 1: After entering the system, click "Organization Relationship Transfer" and select "Receive".
Step 2: After party member reports, verify that the relevant information is correct, click Approve or Receive, and wait for the process to end.
Third, inter-provincial transfer
1. Inter-provincial transfer:
Step 1: The transfer-out unit fills in the letter of introduction of organizational relations.
Step 2: Bring a letter of introduction of organizational relations and report to the party organization you want to go to within the validity period.
Step 3: After reporting for duty, the receiving unit will issue the Letter of Introduction and Receipt of party member Organizational Relationship of China * * * Production Party, and submit it to the transferring unit.
2. Inter-provincial transfer
Step 1: The transfer-out unit fills in the letter of introduction of organizational relations.
Step 2: Go to the Party Construction Department of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission with the letter of introduction on organizational relations issued by the transferring unit, and report to the local party organization within the validity period.
Step 3: After reporting for duty, the receiving unit will issue the Letter of Introduction and Receipt of party member Organizational Relationship of China * * * Production Party, and submit it to the transferring unit.

Three, in the transfer and reception of organizational relations in party member, the main responsibilities of the relevant party organizations and the requirements for party member.
The main responsibilities of the Party organizations transferred from party member are:
1. Educate and urge party member to transfer the organizational relationship in time according to the regulations, and truthfully fill in the organizational relationship certificate of party member.
2. Establish a basic registration system for the transfer of organizational relations in party member, and take appropriate measures to keep in touch with party member who is temporarily out.
3. Learn about party member's performance during his absence in time, and check the relevant contents recorded in the mobile party member activity certificate.
4. Keep abreast of party member's whereabouts and keep in touch with party member's local or unit party organization.
The main responsibilities of the party organization that receives the organizational relationship in party member are:
1. Carefully examine the transfer voucher of party member's organizational relationship, handle the acceptance formalities of party member's organizational relationship, join party member in the party organization in time, and strengthen the education, management and supervision of party member.
2. Feed back the received information about party member to the Party organization whose organizational relationship has been transferred in a timely manner.
3. On the mobile party member activity card, truthfully fill in party member's participation in the party's organizational life, payment of membership dues, change of organizational relationship, democratic appraisal and other contents, and hand over relevant materials to the party organization where his formal organizational relationship is located.
4. If party member can't go back to the original party organization for organizational relationship transfer due to work needs and economic conditions, it shall help him to go through the formalities of organizational relationship transfer.
