IV. Training Summary: (Experience)

According to the arrangement of the college and the department, we conducted a one-week introductory training on e-commerce. I have mastered a lot of substantive operational skills in practical training. This training made me more familiar with the process of e-commerce and gained a lot. Let me explain my experience in this internship first.

Through this training, I have basically mastered the practical application of e-commerce, understood and become familiar with the processes of B2B and B2C, and learned the importance of third-rate cooperation, and gained a lot. I deeply understand the characteristics and application fields of e-commerce, get in touch with more network knowledge, understand the enterprise economic management mode in the network economy era, and learn and experience the core ideas of e-commerce. Learn to improve in the process of personally practicing e-commerce. In this training, I have a deep understanding of the main transaction processes and core concepts of e-commerce. In the modern information age, all kinds of transactions are realized through the network, so it is more and more important to master this knowledge. This is a very good opportunity for us to have a deeper understanding of e-commerce and feel its superiority.

I not only learned a lot, but also realized my own shortcomings. There are both defects in knowledge and understanding. We all have to admit that China is currently in a period of transformation from traditional enterprises to modern enterprises, especially the development of B2B industry in the field of e-commerce is far less developed than that in European and American countries. It can be seen that domestic e-commerce still has a long way to go and is still immature. In the future, I will teach myself some necessary software knowledge, visit more websites about e-commerce and increase my knowledge in the actual environment. B2B e-commerce refers to the business activities between enterprises through the Internet or private networks. Enterprises here usually include manufacturing, circulation (business) and service enterprises, which are characterized by the fact that both parties to the transaction do not take permanent and continuous transactions as the premise. B2C is a kind of e-commerce classified by transaction object, which means e-commerce between commercial organizations and consumers. This form of e-commerce is generally based on online retail, and online sales activities are mainly carried out with the help of the Internet. For example, it deals in all kinds of books, flowers, computers, communication supplies and other commodities.

Online banking refers to a service system that connects customers' computer terminals to banks through the Internet or other public information networks, so as to deliver banking services directly to customers' offices or homes. It shortens the distance between customers and banks, makes customers no longer limited by the geographical environment and service time of banks, breaks through the limitations of spatial distance and physical media, and can enjoy online banking services without leaving home. As a third party undertaking transportation tasks, logistics center is also an indispensable part of e-commerce.

This training taught me how to shop online, how to apply for e-mail, how to set up outlook and use it to send and receive e-mail, how to register and use Alipay, how to download Thunder and use it to download the information I need, how to log in remotely, browse the web and save information with favorites, and how to learn about search engines such as Baidu and sogou. I've never touched these things before. I am very grateful for this internship opportunity. I believe these things will be useful for my future study, work and life.
