Urgent! What are the research methods of passenger psychology?

With the development of social economy, the connection between cities is getting closer and closer, the flow of people between cities is becoming more and more frequent, and the demand for people's intercity travel is also increasing, which leads to the increase in the demand for transportation infrastructure. However, in the modern society where land resources are increasingly scarce, it is no longer advisable to blindly build roads to meet the needs of transportation. In order to adapt to the strategy of sustainable development, people hope to establish an efficient, energy-saving, low-pollution and large-capacity transportation system. Therefore, in order to meet the growing demand of intercity passengers, it is imperative to build regional intercity rail transit. Based on the fact that the construction of intercity rail transit has become an inevitable trend of urban development, this paper studies the characteristics of intercity passenger travel behavior. Based on the travel behavior analysis theory, this paper analyzes the influence of travel purpose, regional environment, passengers' own factors and traffic supply attributes on passengers' travel behavior. Then, based on the traffic corridor theory, this paper puts forward a survey method of channel and hub control points which can be used for od survey of intercity travel. This method is mainly to set up investigation points on the main passages of regional traffic corridors in order to obtain the travel od situation with intercity travel needs. Then, considering that passenger ticketing system and highway toll system contain passenger travel information, their information availability is analyzed, and the extraction method of useful information in ticketing/toll system is discussed. The data stored in the ticketing/charging system can well reflect the travel characteristics of passengers, and it is an information source that cannot be ignored. Finally, based on the existing forecasting software, the application of ticketing/charging information in the construction of passenger travel information system is studied. The ticketing and charging system contains a lot of visible and invisible passenger information, which can be analyzed and processed to obtain some intuitive and reliable data needed for traffic planning. This paper discusses the analysis and processing of ticketing and charging information data, and studies its role in passenger flow forecast. In this paper, the passenger travel information system of intercity rail transit is planned and studied from a macro perspective. Because the ticketing/charging system is a complex system, the in-depth study of it can well mine the planning information needed by traffic planners, make full use of the ticketing system, make the planning of the transportation system more reasonable and better meet people's travel needs. Urban development has its objective laws, and urbanization is the inevitable result of urban development. Since World War II, the scale of world cities has expanded at an unprecedented speed, and new cities have emerged one after another. In some countries with high degree of urbanization, a new urban form-urban agglomeration has emerged. Urban agglomeration refers to several towns that are concentrated in a certain area, with different scales and functions, but convenient transportation, close contact with each other and relatively independent green belts. The next 20 years will be the high-speed growth stage of urbanization in China. The regional combination of economic development space is the objective need for China to join the world economic system. At present, regional economic cooperation and development has become the main theme of China's economic development, and the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim have formed a tripartite confrontation. The Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Rim, which are located in the same economic center, have different industrial divisions due to their differences in endowment and comparative advantages. The "Yangtze River Delta" focuses more on high-tech industries, with the rapid development of electronic information, biomedicine, opto-mechanical integration and emerging materials industries, and the obvious advantages of heavy chemical industries such as machinery manufacturing, steel and chemical industry. In particular, Shanghai, as an international financial center, trade center and shipping center, has developed modern service industry and outstanding economic characteristics of its headquarters. "Pearl River Delta" has obvious advantages in electronics industry, household appliances industry and clothing industry, and has the characteristics of "world factory". As an important manufacturing base, the urban agglomeration around Bohai Sea has a complete range of industries and a wider region, and the characteristics of large-scale equipment industry and machinery manufacturing industry are more prominent. With the improvement of the socialist market economic system and the competitive development of regional economy, the characteristic advantages of regional industrial integration cluster development will become increasingly prominent, and the overall competitiveness of regional economy will be greatly enhanced. At the same time, the links in the region will become closer and closer, the personnel exchanges will become more frequent, and the demand for transportation will become greater and greater. This requires a certain degree of transportation system to adapt to economic development, and regional comprehensive transportation to meet people's growing travel needs. Taking the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt as an example, the Yangtze River Delta region is one of the regions with the densest towns, the fastest economic development and the strongest comprehensive economic strength in China, with frequent personnel exchanges. According to statistics, in 2004, the number of passengers in this area exceeded 2 billion. By 2020, it is estimated that the number of people will reach 5.5 billion (J). Under the pressure of this kind of passenger flow, there is no coordinated and fast regional transportation mode, which is obviously difficult to adapt to the requirements of integration for transportation. Drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries in developing intercity rail transit, and fully considering China's economic development status and urbanization process, it is imperative for www.docin.com Southwest Jiaotong University to strengthen the construction of intercity rail transit, and regional intercity rail transit has become the main skeleton of urban agglomeration transportation system. 1. 1.2 characteristics of intercity rail transit, also known as regional rail transit system abroad, refers to the convenient, fast and large-capacity transit passenger rail transit between cities in economically developed and densely populated areas. Different from trunk railway rail transit, intercity rail transit breaks through the administrative divisions of a city and can span several provinces and cities. However, compared with the trunk railway, the span of intercity rail transit is not large, which highlights its characteristics of networking and public transportation. The passenger flow structure is dominated by the relatively fixed commuter, student, business, official business, leisure and tourist flows in the "one-day traffic flow", and the distance is generally within 400 km. Generally speaking, people can reach their destination within 2 hours after traveling. As a special mode of passenger transport, intercity rail transit, like intercity passenger shuttle bus, mainly undertakes passenger transport between major cities and major central towns along the route. It is different from the railway integrating passenger and freight transportation. It mainly passes through the downtown area, and the departure density is relatively dense, close to "public transportation". Intercity rail transit is a brand-new concept, which requires convenience, quickness, comfort and punctuality. Its train system, operation mode and station design are all different from traditional modes of transportation, so it needs to be planned, designed and built with brand-new ideas and modes. Developing intercity rail transit is an important way to solve the traffic between regional cities, and it is also the key to improve the urban environment and establish a sustainable transportation system. As the skeleton of urban agglomeration transportation system, intercity rail transit has the following characteristics: 1) Intercity railway with less land and large transportation capacity is roughly equivalent to 16 lane highway, and the area occupied by intercity railway is smaller than that of ordinary highway, expressway and elevated road with the same capacity, which is a realistic choice for economically developed areas with scarce land resources in China. 2) Energy conservation is an important strategic material of the country. Judging from the energy consumption per unit transportation volume, the intercity railway is only 3/5 of that of buses and 1/6 of that of private cars, which has obvious energy-saving effect. 3) The air pollution is small. According to the analysis of air pollutant emissions per unit traffic volume, if diesel multiple units are used, the emission of nitrogen oxides in intercity railways is 70% of that of private cars, while the emission of carbon oxides is only 4% of that of private cars. There is basically no waste gas pollution in the use of electric multiple units in intercity railways. 4) Low noise Compared with conventional ground public transportation, the noise generated by intercity railway per unit volume is small, which is a kind of "centralized noise", easy to control and can be greatly reduced by modern technical means. Macro planning information and data on page 4 of master's degree thesis of Southwest Jiaotong University in www.docin.com, www.docin.com. Provide travel information for travelers, such as bus timetable, driving route and other information provided by bus companies through travel information web pages; Many traffic management departments also use the Internet to provide information for travelers, such as current traffic conditions and estimated travel time. There are also some countries that are promoting the use of 5 1 1 special telephone number for traffic information consultation, which is helpful for passengers to inquire about travel information. All these measures can make travelers make more reasonable choices about travel time, travel route and travel mode, especially in bad weather. The provision and utilization of travel information can play a positive role in improving the bus attendance rate and alleviating the congestion during peak hours (making some passengers choose off-peak hours or non-peak-hour line). The service items of the travel information system designed for travelers basically refer to the information services that can be enjoyed within the region or between various modes of travel. Various information providing methods, such as roadside dynamic information identification, information display of expressway information broadcasting station and bus terminal, are often deployed, managed and controlled in combination with trunk highways, expressway, public transportation and accident management systems. To provide travel information for traffic system planners, it is mainly to summarize the travel characteristics of all travelers, get the travel information of traffic characteristics needed for traffic planning, and plan the corresponding traffic system on this basis, so that the supply of traffic services and the travel needs of traffic subjects are in a relatively balanced state.
