2. What are the procedures for operating a pig farm?
1. Project filing procedure
Go to the local animal husbandry department to handle the filing procedures for pig raising projects.
2. Environmental impact assessment procedures
Entrust a qualified EIA company to write an EIA report, and then send it to the Environmental Protection Bureau for entrusted review. Finally, if approved after the review, the EIA process will be completed.
3. Land planning permit
Breeding land shall not occupy basic protected farmland, and be far away from residential areas, schools, hospitals, scientific research units, scenic spots, drinking water sources and other areas, and it shall also be located outside the local no-breeding areas. You can write a feasibility analysis report to pig farmers first, and then go to the local land and resources department to handle the registration procedures and land planning permits for pig farms.
4. Proof of animal quarantine conditions
Hold the corporate identity card and business license (copy) of relevant industries, and go to the local animal quarantine inspection bureau to prove the conditions for animal quarantine.
5. Tax registration certificate
Establish and improve the financial system according to the Measures for the Financial Management of Capital Construction and the Measures for the Management of Agricultural Capital Construction of the Ministry of Agriculture, and then apply for the tax registration certificate at the tax bureau with the business license and financial system.
6. Building permit
Finally, there must be land planning permit, business license, animal epidemic prevention conditions and environmental protection certificate, tax registration certificate, etc. , apply to the Construction Bureau for a construction permit.
After completing the above seven procedures (or certificates), the farm and attached houses can be built as scheduled. After the construction is completed, it needs to be reported to the Construction Bureau and the Animal Quarantine and Inspection Bureau for acceptance. Only after the acceptance is qualified can the construction of small pig farms be completely completed.
