Measures for the administration of the affairs of members (directors) of China Image Design Association

Based on the principle of actively serving members, this management method is formulated according to the relevant provisions in Chapter III of the Articles of Association of China Image Design Association.

I. Membership Conditions

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions, recognizes the articles of association of the Association and actively fulfills the obligations of membership of the Association may apply for membership of the Association. Members are divided into unit members (governing units) and individual members (governing members).

Individual members and individual directors

1, professional and technical personnel engaged in image management services (clothing design, color matching, beauty makeup, body shaping, etiquette training, etc. );

2. Experts and scholars engaged in teaching, research and development and evaluation related to the image design industry;

3. Professionals who have obtained the registration qualification certificate of China image design industry;

4. Staff of image design management departments of relevant institutions (including the government);

5. Professionals who have important research and development achievements or have important influence in this industry, outstanding professional ability or have held important social positions.

Member units and governing units

1. Relevant units engaged in image management services (clothing design, color matching, beauty makeup, body shaping, etiquette training, production and sales of image design products, etc.). );

2. Colleges and professional training institutions engaged in image etiquette teaching;

3. Relevant institutions engaged in the research, development, dissemination and management of image etiquette;

4. Other brother units;

5. Units that have important influence in the industry and are keen on the cause of image design in China.

Second, the membership procedure.

1. Fill in the membership application form.

2. Submit member information (individual members submit resumes, important social experiences, awards and other information that can prove their professional ability or professional attainments; The member of the unit shall submit a copy of the relevant license stamped with the official seal, a brief introduction of the unit, and a copy of the ID card of the legal person or person in charge stamped with the official seal), which shall be reviewed and approved by the member management center of the association and reported to the association for the record;

3. The member center will reply to the audit results within 20 working days after receiving the application materials, and those who meet the application conditions can go through the formalities of becoming a full member.

Third, the payment of membership fees.

1. Individual members pay the annual membership fee of RMB 200 yuan, and individual directors pay the annual membership fee of RMB 1200 yuan;

2. The annual membership fee is 65,438 yuan +0, 200 yuan, and the annual director fee is 3,000 yuan.

3. Overseas individual members pay an annual membership fee of USD 65,438+000, and overseas individual directors pay an annual membership fee of USD 600;

4. Members of overseas units pay annual membership fee of USD 65,438+0,000, and members of overseas governing units pay annual membership fee of USD 6,000.

Four. Rights, obligations and services enjoyed by members

1, permission:

(1) Enjoy the right to vote, stand for election and vote;

(2) Participate in relevant activities organized by the Association;

(3) the priority of obtaining the service of this association;

(4) Give priority to participating in business training and inspection at home and abroad organized by the Association;

(five) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this association;

(6) Have the right to ask the association to protect its legitimate rights and interests from infringement;

(7) Membership is voluntary, and withdrawal is free.

2. Obligations:

(1) Abide by the Articles of Association and implement the resolutions of the Association;

(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

(3) To undertake and actively complete the work entrusted by the Association;

(four) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;

(5) Report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information.

3. Enjoy the service

(1) Members have the right to engage in commercial activities or other external activities in the name of the organization within the scope authorized by the Association;

(2) Members can give priority to apply to become authorized training institutions or cooperative units of the Association;

(3) Members can apply to become industry research bases of related majors;

(4) Members may apply for obtaining and listing the names of member units (or governing units) of the Association;

(5) Members can participate in various appraisal and ranking activities organized by the association (or jointly organized with other departments);

(6) Members can obtain all kinds of industry information regularly and irregularly released by the Association;

(7) Members can apply for the right to use various intellectual property rights of the Association;

(8) Members can participate in various industry seminars, forums, exhibitions, press conferences and exchange meetings organized by the Association;

(9) Members can participate in relevant activities of local clubs;

(10) Members can promote their own technologies and commodities within the scope of the association;

(1 1) With the consent of the association, members can use the name designated by the association (with the help of the association) to carry out relevant business activities at home and abroad;

(12) Members can enjoy other services provided by the Association.

1, member management function department:

The Standing Council of the Association authorizes the member management center of the Association to be responsible for management.

The member management center is a separate business department of the Association Secretariat, and its daily office is in the Association Secretariat.

2. The main responsibilities of the member management center:

Be fully responsible for the registration, organization, management and development of the members of the Association.

Fully safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and do a good job in member service.

Cooperate with other departments of the association to provide various services for members.

3. Member Management Center:

Person-in-charge of the center: 1 (concurrently), with 3-4 clerks.

4. The current work of the member management center:

(1) Organize and archive the existing member information;

(2) Recruit members, and do a good job in charging and registering;

(three) to formulate the work plan of the member management center;

(4) Collect the requirements of directors and members, and propose solutions for service members.
