Declaration conditions
Anyone who declares the title of building energy-saving engineer must abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and have good professional ethics and professionalism.
(1) Education and qualification requirements:
1, if one of the following conditions is met, you can declare the title of primary building energy-saving engineer:
(1) Bachelor degree, engaged in relevant professional and technical work 1 year or above;
(2) graduated from a college and engaged in professional and technical work for more than 2 years;
(3) technical secondary school education, engaged in relevant professional and technical work for more than 3 years;
(4) Obtain the title training certificate of building energy-saving engineer;
(5) Persons who do not have the required academic qualifications but have made remarkable achievements in building energy efficiency and meet one of the following conditions may make an exception to declare:
1) The major studied is inconsistent with the current major, and the work in the current professional and technical post has reached the title declaration period.
2, meet one of the following conditions, can declare the intermediate building energy-saving engineer industry title:
(1) graduated from university, engaged in professional and technical work for more than years or with junior titles for more than years 1 year;
(2) graduated from junior college, engaged in professional and technical work-level titles 1 year or more;
(3) Technical secondary school education, engaged in relevant professional and technical work for more than 4 years or with primary title 1 year;
(4) Having the title training certificate of junior building energy-saving engineer, and being engaged in his own work 1 year or more;
(5) Persons who do not have the required academic qualifications but have made remarkable achievements in building energy efficiency and meet one of the following conditions may make an exception to declare:
1) The major studied is inconsistent with the current major, and the work in the current professional and technical post has reached the title declaration period;
2) The main technical leaders or technical backbones of enterprises and township construction institutions do not have the required academic qualifications, have participated in the relevant professional training recognized by China Building Energy Conservation Association, obtained the qualification certificate or junior college professional certificate recognized by the national administrative education department, have been engaged in this professional technical work for more than 2 years, and obtained the primary title 1 year;
3) Won the third prize of municipal scientific and technological progress (corresponding award) or above.
3, meet one of the following conditions, can declare the title of senior building energy-saving engineer:
(1) bachelor degree, and engaged in building energy-saving related professional work for more than years.
(two) to obtain the training certificate of the title of intermediate building energy-saving engineer, and to work as a waiter for more than 2 years;
(3) Persons who do not have the required academic qualifications but have made remarkable achievements in building energy efficiency and meet one of the following conditions may make an exception to declare:
1) The major studied is inconsistent with the current major, and the work in the current professional and technical post has reached the title declaration period;
2) Obtain secondary school education, have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than 5 years, and have obtained intermediate titles for more than 2 years;
3) The main technical leaders or technical backbones of enterprises and township construction institutions do not have the required academic qualifications, have participated in relevant professional training recognized by China Building Energy Conservation Association, obtained the qualification certificate or college professional certificate recognized by the national administrative education department, have been engaged in this professional and technical work for more than 3 years, and obtained the intermediate title for more than 2 years;
4) won the second prize of municipal scientific and technological progress (corresponding prize) or above.
Foreign language requirements
Those who declare the title of energy-saving engineer at all levels must take the national foreign language conditional English test.

(three) computer requirements to declare the title of building energy-saving engineer at all levels, computer conditions to implement the "national computer grade examination".

(four) continuing education requirements in the existing building energy-saving engineer industry titles, to participate in the continuing education organized by China Building Energy Conservation Association, to meet the requirements, you can evaluate the title qualification and employment.
