1. Xinjiang Zhongtai is a wholly state-owned company funded by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and directly supervised by the SASAC of the autonomous region. Mainly engaged in planning and design, project construction, resource development and product development, production and sales of chlor-alkali chemical industry, coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry.
2. The predecessor of Xinjiang Zhongtai is Xinjiang Soda Factory, which was founded in 1958. Listed in 2006, with more than 16300 employees. Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. is the core subsidiary of Xinjiang Zhongtai and one of the large chlor-alkali chemical enterprises in China.
