Beijing: From April 1 day, fuel vehicles are not allowed to take up special parking spaces for charging.

According to the previous news on the website of Beijing Municipal People's Government, Beijing's "Regulations on the Operation and Management of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations" was officially implemented on April/April/April/October, 2002, stipulating that electric vehicle charging stations should guide fuel vehicles not to occupy special parking spaces for charging.

According to the specification, electric vehicle charging stations should guide fuel vehicles not to occupy special charging berths. Among them, in the electric vehicle charging station with manual auxiliary charging, the staff should manage the parking environment in the charging station to prevent the fuel vehicle from occupying the charging parking space and affecting the normal charging activities. In the "unattended" self-charging electric vehicle charging station, new technologies such as intelligence and integration of charging and parking should be adopted to solve the problem that non-charging vehicles and charging vehicles occupy charging parking spaces.

The charging station must be patrolled by a special person. According to the specification, the frequency of inspection of charging stations with manual charging service is not less than once a day; Charging stations with self-service charging service shall carry out classified management of detection frequency according to location and utilization rate, and the detection frequency shall not be less than once every three months. If it is found that the fuel vehicle occupies a special parking space for charging, the owner should be informed to leave immediately.

According to the specification, charging stations that meet the requirements of relevant national standards, such as charging stations in public service areas, internal charging stations in units, and internal charging stations in residential areas, should be opened to the public at an appropriate time, and the conditions required for charging vehicles should be informed.
