Our eyes can only see what our thoughts can touch,
Even such existence is only the explanation of the mind, not the existence itself.
Human life and the psychology, spirit and spirituality related to life,
Is a tiny part of nature,
For human beings, the world is infinite in both big and small aspects.
So,
People's hearts,
Interpersonal relationships,
Will the conflict of love occur between man and nature?
What about the inner projection of the conflict between man and existence?
Is it necessary to explore yourself?
I should belong to someone who has a deep exploration of myself.
But I'm not happy,
I found that,
The more you explore yourself, the deeper you become.
The weaker the quick ability in real life.
While exploring yourself.
Some negative emotions also bother me.
But there are some people around me who live a simple life.
Never consider profound questions,
But life is still happy.
Are we going to explore ourselves or not?
Is it necessary to explore yourself?
Can people explore themselves less deeply?
What can self-exploration bring us?
The popular self-growth groups in the market are not really self-exploration.
Can only be regarded as a supervisor's psychoanalysis.
Or the psycholinguistic system reinterprets or describes our past.
Because psychology itself is problem-oriented,
This makes the process of self-growth full of sadness and sadness.
Although there will be some integration and healing after such exploration,
But revealing or excavating hidden traumatic events is the most important thing for teachers.
Why does the teacher only focus on "discovering" your problems?
Instead of solving it,
Because classical psychoanalysis assumes that,
Those potential and untreated early injuries,
Obstruct or distort our subconscious perception,
If we find a problem,
The problem will be solved naturally
Objectively speaking,
Revealing the problem is simple,
As long as you follow some conventions,
If the teacher lacks enough literacy,
Life experience and spiritual accomplishment,
Then the responsibility for recovery will be borne more by you.
This is why self-exploration sometimes inspires people to have more negative emotions.
Sense of loss,
As if the wound had been opened,
But no one told us how to sew it up.
There are two forms of self-exploration
One is to sort out your past and present, heart and reality, self and interpersonal relationship according to a theory or speech pattern. This kind of exploration is not exploration, but re-lexicalization, arrangement and combination of oneself. You learn a new descriptive language, which constitutes a new inner reality. This regrouping is a liberation of the past, which will stimulate emotional catharsis and have a transparent sense of release in a short time. However, the good times will not last long, and the new phonetic interpretation will make you lose the taste of liberation like a shackle.
I have objections to the self-growth groups that charge high fees in the market, and I doubt whether some teachers really have the ability to enlighten people. What worries me more is that self-growth and exploration need our own energy, and sometimes it is a natural process, which can be easily realized without the help of a master.
The self that people can perceive is still the reflection of self, not the real self. So is the deeply divided part of self the real self or the mirror image (object) of some kind of discourse construction?
The second kind of self-exploration is self-awareness. No words, no classification, no right or wrong, no cause and effect, no depth, no before and after, no weight, no.
Criticism and judgment have no consistency, no direction and purpose ... Everything you can feel is a part of yourself, and everything you can feel constitutes the world you live in and your self-category. Self-exploration is to expand the ability and scope of perception, similar to the ten-year wall of Buddhism, and explore the universe and life from the perception of self. The process from man to "God" is actually a process in which man accepts everything that exists in all directions unconditionally and without assumptions, and perceives the whole world through his own inner way.
The pain is mine,
But I am not in pain;
Desire is mine,
But I'm not a desire,
I feel more than I do.
True self-exploration cannot be achieved by words.
The only tool is feeling,
The only technology is acceptance and recognition,
The only state that can be achieved is infinity.
Otherwise,
The result of so-called self-exploration is only the product of words.
This kind of exploration is certainly not as good as those who live simply.
People who never explore themselves.
