5, the city's urban and rural labor employment real-name registration system dynamic management and employment unemployment dynamic monitoring, responsible for the registration and management of urban and rural unemployed;
6, responsible for the development of the city's urban and rural employment training planning, coordination and guidance of the city's employment training; Business guidance and management of the city's employment training center and the provincial and municipal rural labor training bases;
7, responsible for the city's business guidance to promote employment, specifically responsible for the city's entrepreneurial projects to raise, entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship follow-up services;
8, for the city to participate in unemployment insurance for the unemployed, unemployment insurance and unemployment benefits;
9. Social security subsidies, post subsidies and unemployment benefits issued by enterprises and units that absorb urban and rural workers according to regulations; Grant training subsidies to training institutions that organize employment skills training for urban and rural workers; Grant employment subsidies to employment agencies that introduce the employment of urban and rural workers; Social security subsidies will be granted to unemployed people in urban and rural areas who are engaged in flexible employment.
