1. Reforming stamping equipment to improve production safety and reliability. At present, there are many unsafe factors in the control system and electrical control system of many old stamping equipment. If we continue to use them, we should carry out technical transformation. The manufacturer of stamping equipment should improve the product design to ensure the safety and reliability of stamping equipment.
2 Install protective devices. Due to the small production batch, safety protection devices must be installed in stamping operations that can neither be automated nor use safety stamping tools to prevent injury accidents caused by operational errors. All kinds of protective devices have different characteristics and application scope, and improper use will still cause injury accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to know the functions of various protective devices in order to use them correctly and ensure the safety of operation.
3. Reform the process, mold and operation mode to realize off-mold operation. For mass production, we can start with the reform of technology and mold to realize mechanization and automation. For example, combined process measures such as automation, multi-station stamping machinery and equipment, multi-tool marking and mechanized feeding and production equipment, continuous die and compound die are adopted. These not only ensure the safety of stamping operation, but also greatly improve the production efficiency.
The service life of stamping parts depends not only on the reasonable die structure, high manufacturing accuracy, good heat treatment effect, correct selection of punch and installation accuracy of stamping parts, but also on the correct use, maintenance and maintenance of the die. The following points should be noted:
(1) Before the stamping parts are installed and used, they should be strictly inspected to remove dirt and check whether the guide sleeve and die of the stamping parts are well lubricated. ?
(2) When the cutting edges of punch and die of stamping parts are worn, they should be stopped in time for grinding, otherwise, the wear degree of the cutting edge of die will expand rapidly, which will accelerate the wear of die and reduce the stamping quality and die life. ?
(3) In order to ensure the service life of stamping parts, the spring of the die should be replaced regularly to prevent the fatigue damage of the spring from affecting the use of stamping parts. ?
Stamping part is a forming processing method which applies external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles through presses and dies to make them plastically deform or separate, so as to obtain workpieces (stamping parts) with required shapes and sizes. Stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure processing) and are collectively called forging. Stamping blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. Metal stamping parts are mainly formed by stamping metal or non-metal plates through stamping dies with the help of the pressure of a press. Mainly has the following characteristics.
(1) Stamping parts are manufactured by stamping on the premise of low material consumption, with light weight and good rigidity. After plastic deformation, the internal structure of metal is improved and the strength of stamping parts is improved. ?
(2) In the stamping process, because the surface of the material is not damaged, it has good surface quality and smooth and beautiful appearance. This provides convenient conditions for surface treatment such as painting, electroplating and phosphating. Compared with castings and forgings, stamping parts are thin, uniform, light and strong. Stamping can produce workpieces with stiffeners, ribs, corrugations or flanging that are difficult to manufacture by other methods, so as to improve their rigidity. Due to the adoption of precision mould, the precision of workpiece can reach micron level and the repeatability is high.
