Registration process of licensed pharmacists in 2020
(1) Select the examination registration place.
Log in to the online registration system and choose the qualification examination for professional and technical personnel.
Try the name and enter the online registration interface. After selecting the province (city), the prompt column will display the name of the applicant, the name of the exam, the registration area, the payment method and the consultation telephone number.
Note: Candidates who have not checked their identity, education and degree cannot choose to register for the exam.
(2) Read the "Notice" and "Instructions for Application"
Applicants read the Notice of Commitment System for Registration and Certification Notice of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination and the Notes for Application, and click "Read and Know" to enter the application information entry interface.
(3) Enter, check and save the registration information.
Candidates choose the examination place (city), examination place, examination grade and major in turn. The system displays the subject names corresponding to the reported grade and major, and the "√" in front indicates the selected examination subject (the score is valid within one year without manual selection).
When the applicant fills in the information, the name, ID number, education background and degree information will automatically call the user registration information, and the information items marked with "*" are required. After filling in, enter the verification code and click the "Save" button. The online registration system will check candidates' majors and study years online, and prompt candidates to take corresponding actions according to different situations.
Note: For the exam with effective score greater than 1 year, when entering or modifying the registration information, if the applicant has passed the subject within the effective score, the passing time will be displayed after the subject name.
(4) Sign the Examination Commitment Letter.
After the applicant fills in the relevant information, the system generates the Letter of Commitment for Registration and Certification of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (electronic text), and the applicant signs (submits) the letter of commitment by himself, and may not make a commitment on his behalf.
(5) Confirmation of registration information
The applicant clicks "Registration Information Confirmation", that is, the applicant confirms that the submitted registration information is complete and accurate. Once the registration information is confirmed, the applicant will not be able to modify the registration information again. Applicants should carefully check the information entered.
Note: During the registration period, applicants can click "Information Maintenance" in the examination status process to modify the registration information before confirming the registration information.
(6) special circumstances audit
If online verification cannot be carried out and the verification fails, manual verification is required, and the applicants shall handle related matters according to the provisions of the qualification examination department (institution) at the place of registration.
(7) Pay the examination fee
After passing the qualification verification, applicants can pay fees at the designated place or through the online payment platform according to the payment method stipulated by the examination institution at the registration place, and the registration work is over after the payment is completed.
