This construction concept truly separates the passenger flow from the vehicle flow, and realizes the ministerial requirements that do not cross each other.

The station * * * has 27 ticketing windows to serve passengers, and also has a comprehensive service office to provide consultation, guided rides, small deposits and other services for passengers.

According to the requirements, the station is equipped with electronic touch inquiry systems such as shift schedule, mileage price list, luggage price list, operation route map, passenger notice, prohibited items poster, passenger message column, bulletin board, waiting area map, TV set, clock, waiting seat, garbage bin, fire equipment, driver's suggestion box, plane and train timetable, which greatly facilitates passengers. On July 2009 1, Shenzhen Airport (futian bus station) City Terminal was opened, which further enriched the service functions of the station. Futian bus station has always adhered to the service concept of "people-oriented, customer first", standardized management, improved service quality, and provided safe, comfortable, convenient and fast high-quality passenger service for the vast number of passengers.

As early as 2000, Futian Station devoted itself to exploring international management, passed the IS09000 quality management certification, and standardized the station management, service mode and post process.

In order to ensure the service quality, futian bus station insists on distributing about 200 service quality feedback forms every quarter. Through recycling statistics, the passenger satisfaction rate reached 95%.

In order to meet the needs of modern life, the station is also committed to the admission standard of the inbound shuttle bus. At present, more than 6 1% of the daily flights at Futian Station are full-speed express trains that directly reach luxury buses, and the average departure density of the station reaches nearly 1 minute, which provides safe, comfortable, convenient and fast transportation services for the majority of passengers and has won social praise. The station has fully applied modern information technology, installed various electronic intelligent systems, and is developing accurate ic card electronic reports and security inspection systems. The wide application of information technology provides convenient and fast services for passengers.

The station is equipped with advanced station management system, including ticket selling, dispatching, ticket checking, settlement and other functions. The pilot project of the new station service system organized by the Provincial Department of Transportation was launched on June 8 this year, making futian bus station the first passenger station in the province to implement a unified station service system.

The station also publishes shuttle bus information through the website of Shenzhen Passenger Transport Center. The unified customer service hotline of the station consultation telephone is 95000, which greatly facilitates the consultation of passengers. Futian bus station strictly follows the safety standardization formulated by Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Commission, and the safety management starts from the source.

The station strictly implements the system of "three no-stops" (i.e. inflammable, explosive and corrosive dangerous goods, irrelevant personnel and irrelevant vehicles) and "five no-stops" (i.e. overloaded passenger cars do not leave the station, passenger cars that fail to pass the safety routine inspection do not leave the station, drivers do not meet the requirements, passenger cars with incomplete documents do not leave the station, and the exit registration form is not signed and audited), and luggage security checkpoints are set at the entrances of waiting rooms.

When the station vehicles leave the station, strictly implement the safety release measures of the exit checklist, and take the form of video archiving to severely crack down on illegal and criminal acts on the vehicles. The camera mainly shoots the car number and the passenger's head, which plays a deterrent role.
