He came to Nanjing with his fellow villagers a year ago and has been doing odd jobs on the construction site. Working on the construction site is tiring and dirty, and I earn little money. On the evening of April 5, when Sun was surfing the Internet in the dormitory of the construction site, he jumped out of a loan advertisement with a loan amount of 30,000 to 6,543,800 yuan. With the mentality of giving it a try, Sun clicked in and filled in his name, telephone number, home address, QQ number and so on. Sure enough, a customer service immediately sent QQ information, claiming to be a small loan company in Wuhan, with an unsecured loan of 3 ~ 1 10,000. Sun and the other party said they wanted to borrow 200 thousand. The other party asked him to provide telephone number, ID number, bank card number, home address, company address, company position and salary. Sun Yiyi told the other party that the other party said that he had submitted Sun's information to the company for review and would contact again after success.

The next morning, the other party sent a message telling Sun that his loan was approved successfully. Sun was excited at that time, and had secretly calculated how to use this 200,000 yuan. However, the other party said that to sign the loan contract first, Sun needed to fax the front and back of the ID card to the other party, and Sun did the same. Then the other party said that there were regulations in the contract, requiring the lender to call the finance department of the loan company to ask for 10% ~ 50% of the funds, to check whether the lender had the repayment ability, and to ask Sun to transfer 20,000 yuan. Sun listened to the other party's words and used Alipay to transfer 6.5438+0 million yuan to an account given to him by the other party. Two days later, he used Alipay to transfer 6,543.8+0,000 yuan. The other party asked him to transfer another 6,000 yuan on the grounds of insufficient credit, and Sun transferred another 6,000 yuan. Temptation analysis

The reason for the success of this scam:

1. The loan terms are favorable and no mortgage is required; 2. The process is simple and fast, and the loan is fast.

Case warning:

On the way to getting rich, when farmers encounter capital turnover problems, they usually apply for loans to ease the financial pressure. When you apply for a loan from a regular bank, because the bank is worried that you will not be able to recover the loan, you need to go through a set of strict procedures to prove your repayment ability. At this time, promising to simplify the procedures without meeting at all, or even proving whether we have the ability to repay loans and other attractive information, has become a lifeline for our farmers. However, once hooked, the swindler will ask you to pay various fees before giving you a loan. When you pay the first payment, the swindler will find various reasons to make you pay the second and third payments. ...

Until you realize that the other party is a liar, stop paying, but your loss is irreparable.

Here, there are the following tips for farmers:

First, under normal circumstances, formal lending institutions will not charge any fees before they successfully lend money. If you apply for a loan online, the other party asks for a handling fee first, which is usually a scam.

Second, compared with other lending institutions, the bank's loan interest rate is usually the lowest, but even for small unsecured loans from banks, the interest rate will be around 8%. If you apply for a "small loan of 30,000 to 65,438+10,000 yuan on the Internet, the interest rate is only 1%", it can basically be considered as a scam.

Third, mortgage loans need collateral, and unsecured loans also need stable jobs, salary certificates and good personal credit to successfully apply. If you apply for online micro-loans, the other party says that you can borrow with your ID card. Don't be fooled.

Fourth, although online loans can submit application materials online, they usually choose to sign the contract in person in the end, so the other party's "no need to meet, fax the contract" is a scam, so don't fall into the trap.
