Does Putian University have a doctoral program?

There is no doctoral program in Putian College at present. Putian University is two universities, and now it only awards undergraduate degrees. There is no qualification for awarding a doctorate, so there is no doctorate. According to the evaluation standard of the State Education Bureau, Putian College has not issued a doctoral degree certificate at present, and the college is not qualified to set up a doctoral teaching point.
