Lignite washing coal chemical industry
The project uses 3,340 tons of locally produced high-quality raw materials to produce 654.38+0 billion standard cubic meters/year of synthetic natural gas, of which the construction scale is 500,000 standard cubic meters/year and the investment is 654.38+0.654.38+0.52 billion yuan. Belonging to a coal gasification plant with a feed inlet. In the process of producing natural gas from coal, excellent solid by-products, such as sulfur, 15% agricultural dilute ammonia water, and some gas products such as pure carbon dioxide (O2), pure nitrogen (N2) and pure argon (Ar) are produced.
Brown coal gasification process grinds pulverized coal from clean coal preparation plant, heats it to 300℃ with nitrogen and two kinds of carbon, and sends nitride into gasifier for gasification. In the conversion process, the ratio of carbon monoxide and hydrogen is adjusted to the low-temperature methanol washing device to remove and purify the sulfur in the artificial natural gas synthesized by the methane synthesis device.
The project recommended a number of world-leading technologies and equipment:
Large-scale lignite dry pulverized coal oxygen pressurized gasifier, cooling process, CO2 high-pressure airflow coal feeding technology. This technology adopts the main supplement of domestic development, and by introducing a new design combination, the daily investment of a single furnace and the dry basis of pulverized coal are 20 million tons, and the gasification pressure is 4.0MPa.
Large-scale advanced energy-saving air separation unit, with a single unit of 90,000 standard cubic meters/hour, the oxygen production capacity of pure nitrogen, pure oxygen, pure argon, instrument air and factory air and the factory. Large air compressors can be used to design and manufacture domestic cold box equipment to be imported from abroad or cooperated by domestic and foreign manufacturers.
The catalyst and equipment for large-scale shift and low-temperature methanol washing process have completely independent intellectual property rights in China, and the technology is advanced and reliable, saving investment.
The design of large-scale gas methanation plant adopts five groups of parallel production lines, and the production capacity of each production line is 654.38 million standard cubic meters/year. Foreign patented catalysts and reactors can be used for commercial or domestic newly developed technologies until the project is implemented, which will be determined by interview and bidding.
This project needs 9.8 MPa, 540℃, 65,438+0,342.3 tons/hour superheated steam to be sent to the boiler and equipment construction of coal gangue power plant in the park. As a power-driven compressor and other equipment, 4920 tons of low-pressure steam (including by-product steam from coal gasification plant) is discharged by the back pressure of high-pressure steam turbine at a temperature of 65438 0.20℃ and a pressure of 0.08 MPa, and sent to seawater desalination plant as a heat source. Heating, high reliability, economical and reasonable.
Seawater desalination and salt engineering
Seawater contains more than 90 kinds of elements, and elements existing in nature can be found in seawater on earth. Solute in ocean and seawater accounts for 96.5%, and various salts account for 3.5%. The solubility of coastal seawater in China is lower than that of seawater, and the solubility of salt solute is about 3%. Solute exists in all kinds of seawater, but its solubility is different. It is characterized by the salts of sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, sulfur, bromine and other elements, and the total solute in seawater accounts for 99.9%. P> uses appropriate technology to extract elements such as sodium chloride (NaCl), potassium chloride (KCl), magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate dried), calcium sulfate (calcium sulfate) and bromine (Br2) as products.
According to this project, the characteristics of seawater desalination technology at home and abroad are comprehensively compared, and the seawater desalination process of "low-temperature multi-effect distillation concentration+multi-effect evaporation crystallization separation" is adopted. P> concentrated 22% mother liquor, separated and recovered magnesium sulfate was mixed with salt at horizontal temperature, and the precipitated sodium chloride salt was dehydrated in the crystallization slurry after multi-effect evaporation, and the finished product refined salt was obtained after drying. Salt water preheating, evaporation, thermal deposition, cooling crystallization process, extracting bromine and bromine waste to produce crystallized magnesium chloride.
In the process of recovery and return of magnesium mother liquor, or the production of halogen sheet evaporation method.
Various magnesium compounds can be used as product technology, and at the same time, high-purity magnesium oxide and magnesium-based fine chemicals can be further treated.
Process Route Qinhuangdao Xinyuan Water Industry Co., Ltd. has developed a new type of low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device with independent intellectual property rights and obtained the national invention patent. Features of the device: drawer structure, easy to manufacture, assemble, repair and maintain; Ouguan plate evaporator, the seawater concentration ratio is as high as seven times. The plate evaporator adopts modular design, which is convenient for mass production, simple equipment structure and good manufacturing technology. The existing domestic manufacturing methods can realize the localization of all mechanical and electrical equipment supporting equipment; Compared with foreign companies, the manufacturing cost of 10,000 tons of water equipment is reduced by 30% to 40%. The technology and equipment of salt making system have been widely used at home and abroad, and have been put into production. Tianjin Luchang Hangu Salt Plant has an annual output of 654.38+500,000 tons of sea salt.
From the heat sources of coal chemical industry, seawater desalination and salt engineering, the two projects are arranged in a strip shape, which is beneficial to low-pressure steam transportation and reduces losses.
The planned output of the project will reach 310 million cubic meters of fresh water, and various salt chemical products will be produced 1 120 tons, including 800 tons of refined salt and 200,000 tons of potassium chloride per year. Fresh water is produced for local coal chemical industry, salt chemical industry, grassland ecology, agriculture and desertification control and people's living water. The chemical salts of alkali in the lower reaches of this area are Bohai Bay, Northeast China and North China. The demand for refined salt such as alkali, potassium chloride and bromine salt is short. In order to ease the domestic market, magnesium sulfate and magnesium salt chemical products can be directly sold to domestic and foreign markets, or processed to produce downstream products, such as potassium, magnesium fertilizer, magnesium hydroxide, bromine salt and so on. The planned water sources for the Bohai Sea-Xilin Gol League Jixi seawater transportation project and the seawater desalination and circular economy industrial project are the East Coast, East Station, Xing, pressure pipelines and pressure tunnels in Huludao City, Liaoning Province, passing through Huludao City, Chaoyang City, Chifeng City and Xilinhot City, Inner Mongolia, regardless of water sources.
The project uses built-in investment, with an investment of 65438+590 million yuan. One runs at 70% of the design scale, and two run at 100% load.
The transportation line spans Liaoning, Inner Mongolia and other provinces (cities, autonomous regions). After eight railways, there are 29 highways and 20 rivers.

The regulating reservoir is located at about 18㎞ in the northwest of Xilinhot City, with a total storage capacity of170,000 water intake points and a distance of about 1.5㎞. According to the topographic conditions, it is arranged on the south bank of the cylinder, Tahenao, to enclose the small basin. The water supply system adopts one machine process, connecting the pressure forebay and the inlet pipeline pump with the diameter of 1.4m for water supply. The flow of water and gas main pipes from the pumping station is combined.

TBM method is used to build long tunnels. Compared with drilling and blasting method, TBM method has the advantages of safety, high speed (2040m ahead of schedule every day on average), 4.9m efficiency, high quality and low cost support, and a small number of temporary projects under construction, and at the same time reduces the exhibition building area, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
The design pressure of water pipe socket winding FRP plastic pipe is 2.00.6 MPa, and the average depth of pipe top is about 2 meters. The water pipe crosses the river in the form of inverted siphon ditch (canal), and the water delivery pipeline is designed. At the end of the year, the minimum thickness of the top cover far from the riverbed is 2.0m
When the pipeline crosses the river, the dam and diversion channel should be built first, and the completed dam embankment and the middle two embankments should be dredged with cement, and the dredged riverbed should be excavated, backfilled and compacted to the elevation of brick-concrete foundation, and finally the masonry work should be completed. Dry river excavation construction method can be adopted.
The pipeline crosses roads and railways. In order to ensure smooth transportation, different pipe jacking lengths and underground quality, the corresponding pipe jacking technology is adopted.
In general, the bottom of test tube is only 20cm thick in sandy foundation cushion, but for turning plane, pipeline, pipeline crossing adverse geological conditions and pipeline crossing rivers and ditches, it is recommended to use rigid seats made of masonry or concrete.
The FRP part is12m long and weighs about10t. The 15T car produced by the FRP pipe factory in this project will be hoisted and transported by 20T 30T truck crane. Before pipeline installation, a solid foundation and cushion should be laid, and earthwork backfilling for pipeline installation should be carried out in layers, and the thickness of each layer should not exceed 300mm, and it should be compacted by light machinery.
Lignite open-pit coal mine project
The supporting coal east open pit mine is located in the west of Xilin River in the middle of Shengli coalfield, with an area of 4 1.76 square kilometers, 5.0 -6.5㎞ from east to west and 5.06.5-7.8㎞ from north to south. The geological resources of the mine field are 365,438+600,000 tons. According to the characteristics of coal and the climate in this area, the single bucket-self-moving crusher-belt conveyor-semi-uniform mining technology and mine stripping mining technology are adopted.
Open-pit coal chemical plant is built according to the quantity, and the first phase of coal chemical plant is planned, constructed by stages and developed by rolling, with a construction scale of 200,000 tons/year. The investment in the second phase of construction is 7.56 billion yuan, reaching 50 million tons/year.
De coal preparation plant
In the washing process of coal preparation plant, the internationally advanced lump coal is separated by dense medium water tank, and at the end of the year, the coal dense medium cyclone is used for separation, the coarse slime centrifuge is dehydrated, and the fine slime net sedimentation centrifuge+quick-opening plate and frame filter press is combined for dehydration.
The process system of the whole plant is simple, flexible and highly reliable, and all cleaned coal can be washed. According to the requirements of coal products, the system can be changed flexibly. The system adopts the international advanced heavy medium separation technology, which has high separation accuracy and can adjust the ash on-line in real time. Coal slime treatment system: one for use and one for standby in the concentrator, to ensure that all the washing water recovered by the coal slime plant reaches the national first-class closed cycle, and the coal slime is not discharged, and the coal preparation plant and the surrounding environment meet the environmental protection requirements.
BR/>; Through coal preparation process, lignite, coal gangue, coal gangue power plant, clean coal and special equipment for lignite are selected. Raw coal can be dehydrated with lignite at low temperature, and the dehydrated lignite ash has a low melting point, and the original combustible volatilization of lignite is retained. It can be used to gasify the raw coal of Texaco gasification plant with the best coal and coal water slurry, and it can also be used to gasify the raw coal with lignite pulverized coal and pulverized coal furnace at high temperature. It is a large lignite upgrading process.
The construction scale is lignite raw coal, with an annual processing capacity of 250,000 tons and an investment of 654.38+480 million yuan. After completion, the total scale of the second phase project will be 500,000 tons of lignite raw coal per year.
Coal gangue power plant
The boiler is a 670t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler with steam pressure of 9.8MPa and temperature of 540℃. The fuel is coal gangue and coal. The condensing steam generator set with a single generating capacity of 300,000 kilowatts is selected.
In Xilin room, the desalted water returns to the mixed bed for fine desalting, and then returns to the boiler room for boiler feed water. The total scale of coal gangue is 600,000 kilowatts, and the first phase is 300,000 kilowatts, with an investment of 450 million yuan. Xilin Gol League introduced six interrelated projects of seawater desalination circular economy industrial products and raw materials, forming the following circular economy industrial chain: First, lignite is open-air.
60,600 tons of lignite is mined and sent to the coal preparation plant, and 510.6 million tons of refined lignite is sent to the coal chemical plant every day, which is the raw material of brown gas. At the same time, the remaining 24 100 tons of coal and coal gangue power plants were washed.
Daily output of fine washed lignite in coal chemical plant:13.7 million standard cubic meters of coal and natural gas; 2.35 million tons of agricultural ammonia, 6.5438+0.39 million tons of sulfur and 6,800 tons of volcanic ash. At the same time, it produces 595,000 tons of desalted water, including 265,438+10,000 tons for personal use, 3.6 million tons for coal chemical plants, 665,438+10,000 tons for coal gangue power plants, 065,438+10,000 tons for open-pit coal mines and 7,000 tons for coal washing plants. The remaining 469,000 tons of desalted water are sold as commercial water.
Coal gangue power plant, which uses coal and coal gangue to generate electricity every day, supplies 7200000 kWh of power to the nearest "lignite"; Coal chemical equipment provided by 780,000 kWh coal preparation plant is 2.36 million kWh; By the time the production scale of seawater desalination and salt chemical industry1456 million kilowatts and the remaining1834 million kwh of electricity are incorporated into the national grid, the scale of marine projects is the scale of each project.
Coal chemical industry and seawater desalination projects will generate a lot of heat and low-level water. The project plans to use dry cooling tower to consume part of the heat, but the investment is large, the operation cost is high, the energy is wasted, and there is no effective conversion value.
The Agricultural Planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of Finance can consider the development of intensive agriculture and animal husbandry with low heat and reclaimed water reuse, such as building greenhouses to produce high-quality silage, and the aquaculture industry will provide high-quality pasture to grow pasture and raise 200,000 beef cattle through a series of large-scale irrigation in dense buildings; Supporting the construction of biogas power plants. , but also the development of slaughtering industry and leather processing industry. The quality of recycled low-heat water will be fully utilized, and the utilization rate of energy and resources will be improved. Industrial park layout

Hongyuan Industrial Park is close to railways and highways with convenient transportation. Ji Railway and Sang Railway are near the park, about 5 kilometers away from Shengli coalfield. The traffic between the two railways is very convenient. 207 national highway and National Highway 303 pass through the city, and Zhangjiakou is south and east to Hexigten Banner, which is a large-scale transportation and large-scale railway and highway transportation.
The total investment of this project is 7.066 billion yuan, including 4.746 billion yuan in the first phase and 232 million yuan in the second phase. The payback period of static investment is 8.02 before tax, including the construction period, and 9. 1 1 year after tax.
Water resources utilization project of seawater desalination circular economy industry in Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia has initiated a new cycle of sustainable development of the world economy, opened up a brand-new field, and brought new breakthroughs in marine economic model, land and sea practice and rural development strategy. This project is equivalent to the salt production of 6,543,800 hectares in Yantian, which can largely replace coastal Yantian and alleviate the land shortage in economically developed coastal areas.
The rich coal resources in the project proposal are of far-reaching significance to Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and even the whole western region, which is seriously short of water.
