Article 9 In non-parallel volunteer provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), voluntary admission to colleges and universities is based on the principle of voluntary priority, that is, on the provincial admission control score line of the same subject and corresponding batch, candidates who apply for our school as their first choice will be admitted from high score to low score according to the college voluntary order reported by the candidates, and only when the number of candidates who apply for our school as their first choice in the same batch announced by the provinces is less than the enrollment plan, and so on.

Article 10 The principle of professional voluntary admission is to give priority to scores, that is, first, the qualified candidates in the same subject and the corresponding batch of school admission control scores will be queued from high score to low score according to the filing results, and then they will be admitted in turn according to the professional voluntary order reported by the candidates. If the candidate's score does not reach the first professional volunteer admission score, that is, whether it reaches the second professional volunteer admission score, and so on until the last professional volunteer. In the case that the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not admitted, those who are subject to professional adjustment can be transferred to unfinished majors; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed. There is no grade difference among professional volunteers.
Article 11 Admission methods for candidates in Jiangsu Province: The requirements for general professional academic level test and selected subjects shall be subject to the announcement of the school enrollment plan. When arranging majors, we should follow the principle of grading first and then volunteering, that is, first rank the qualified candidates on the admission control scores of the same subject and corresponding batch of schools according to the candidates' scores from high to low. In the case of the same score, candidates with good academic performance in ordinary high schools are given priority. Ordinary high school students with the same academic performance can arrange majors according to the comprehensive quality evaluation results of candidates.
When withdrawing files, candidates with poor academic performance in ordinary high schools should also withdraw files under the same conditions. Those who have the same academic performance in ordinary high schools can exit the archives according to the comprehensive quality evaluation.
When comparing the scores of candidates in the high school proficiency test, first compare the number of A+ scores. If the number of A+ scores is the same, then compare the number of A scores, and so on.
When evaluating the comprehensive quality of candidates, priority should be given to candidates who are qualified in moral quality, civic literacy, communication and cooperation. If the comparison results of the three aspects are the same, compare the number of A-level students in learning ability, physical education and health, aesthetics and grades; if the number of A-level students is the same, compare the number of B-level students, and so on. Those students who are all D-level will not be admitted.
If the candidates' academic level test scores are the same as their comprehensive quality scores, refer to the unified examination subjects (Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages) and academic level test scores (liberal arts candidates refer to the academic level test scores of mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology in turn; Science candidates refer to the academic level test scores of Chinese, politics, history and geography in turn).
Article 12 The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall implement voluntary admission rules for candidates.
