1. Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Urban Housing Ownership Registration issued by the Ministry of Construction of China stipulates that if the ownership of a house is transferred due to reasons such as sale, exchange, gift, inheritance, transfer, division, merger or adjudication, the parties concerned shall apply for registration within 30 days from the date of the fact.

Therefore, the real estate license should be handled within 30 days after buying a house.

2. From the date of accepting the application for registration, the housing registration agency shall record the application for registration in the housing register or make a decision not to register it within the following time limit: "30 working days for housing ownership registration within the scope of state-owned land and 60 working days for housing ownership registration within the scope of collective land."

According to the above method, the time limit for housing ownership registration is 30 working days, but in actual work, it may be completed within 10 working days or 15 working days depending on the amount of information. However, materials will generally be settled within 30 working days (the working days of supplementary materials will be postponed).

3. Property ownership certificate of the commodity house. Both parties can clearly stipulate the time limit for handling the real estate license in the contract. If there is no agreement, then if the subject matter of the commercial housing sales contract is an unfinished house, it shall be 90 days from the date of delivery of the house; If the subject matter of the commercial housing sales contract is a completed house, it shall be 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
