Personnel who sign up for the health professional and technical qualification examination shall abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good medical ethics and professionalism, and meet the following corresponding conditions:
Intermediate:
Medicine, Medicine, Nursing and Technology
1. Obtained secondary school education in health major and worked as a doctor, internal medicine, nurse and technician for 7 years;
2. Obtain a college degree in health, and have been engaged in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing and technical work for 6 years;
3. Obtain a bachelor's degree in health, and have worked in medicine, medicine, nursing and technology for 4 years;
4. Obtain a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in health, and have been engaged in medicine, medicine, nursing and technician work for 2 years;
5. Get a doctorate in postgraduate education and health.
Note: According to the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Urban Community Health Talents (Guo Ren Ban Fa [2006] No.69), doctors and nurses working in community health service institutions can take the national examination for general practitioners with intermediate qualification in health technology and community nursing one year in advance.
Under any of the following circumstances, you may not apply to take the professional and technical qualification examinations for clinical medicine, preventive medicine, general medicine, pharmacy, nursing and technology:
(1) The person responsible for medical accident is less than 3 years old.
(2) The person responsible for medical errors is under 1 one year old.
(3) If an administrative sanction is imposed, during the disciplinary period.
(4) Forgery of academic qualifications or violation of discipline during the examination for less than 2 years.
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by the provincial health administrative department.
The date of obtaining academic qualifications and working years in this major of those who signed up for the 20 15 annual examination for technical qualifications of health professionals at all levels shall be 20 14 12 3 1. The academic qualifications or degrees specified in the registration conditions refer to the academic qualifications or degrees of regular institutions of higher learning recognized by the administrative departments of education and health of the state.
Those who meet the registration requirements, regardless of the nature of the unit and household registration, can choose the professional category to take the exam according to the needs of their work.
