Step 2: Submit the company's application materials, either online or offline. Before submitting offline, you can make an appointment on the industrial and commercial network in advance, which takes about 5 working days (most cities do not need to make an appointment in advance).
To apply for the establishment of a limited liability company, the following documents shall be submitted to the company registration authority:
(1) An application for registration of establishment signed by the legal representative of the company;
(2) Certificates of the designated representatives or entrusted agents of all shareholders;
(3) Articles of association;
(four) the qualification certificate of shareholders or the identity certificate of natural persons;
(5) Documents stating the names and domiciles of the directors, supervisors and managers of the company, and certificates of appointment, election or employment;
(6) The post-holding documents and identity certificates of the legal representative of the company;
(7) Notice of pre-approval of enterprise name;
(eight) the company's domicile certificate;
(9) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Step 3: Get the license. After the legal application materials are approved, you can take the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration and the original ID card to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain a business license.
Step 4: Engraving: After obtaining the business license, you need to bring the original business license and the original ID card of the legal representative to the designated department for engraving and filing. If the legal representative can't collect it in person, he/she needs to carry the "Power of Attorney for Engraving" signed or sealed by the legal person.
Legal basis: Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration.
Article 3 A company shall be registered by the company registration authority according to law, obtain the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person and obtain the qualification of enterprise as a legal person. A company established after the implementation of these regulations shall not engage in business activities in the name of the company without being registered by the company registration authority.
Article 17 The establishment of a company shall apply for pre-approval of its name. Where laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions stipulate that the establishment of a company must be approved, or the business scope of the company belongs to matters that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, the company name shall be pre-approved before being submitted for examination and approval, and the company name approved by the company registration authority shall be submitted.
