Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other regulations of the Ministry of Education on the enrollment of colleges and universities, in combination with the reality of our school, in order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education on "sunshine enrollment", standardize the enrollment behavior, protect the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate students in our school.
Article 2 The name of the school is Central Academy of Fine Arts, which is called Central Academy of Fine Arts and Yangmei for short. The English name is CentralAcademyofFineArts, and the English abbreviation is CAFA.
The registered legal residence of the school is No.8 Huajiadi South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing. At present, undergraduate teaching is divided into three campuses: Wangjing Campus (No.8 Huajiadi South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing), Yanjiao Campus (No.0/77 Yanshun Road, Yanjiao Economic Development Zone, sanhe city, Hebei Province) and Shanghai Campus (No.2 Huanhu Road, Lingang New City, Pudong New Area, Shanghai 1099).

Article 3 Types and levels of running schools: public institutions of higher learning. The predecessor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts is the National Beiping Art College, which can be traced back to the National Beiping Art College founded by educator Cai Yuanpei in 19 18, with art educator Zheng Jin as the first president. This is the first national art education institution in China and the beginning of modern art education in China. After a hundred years of development, the school has established a perfect modern art education system with distinctive China characteristics, with the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, and has a postdoctoral research mobile station.
Article 4 Certificate issuance: those who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the specified time will be awarded the graduation certificate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts; Those who meet the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting will be awarded the degree certificate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. If a Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run school meets the graduation and degree-granting standards of both Chinese and foreign parties, the two parties shall issue corresponding certificates.
Article 5 The enrollment work of the Central Academy of Fine Arts follows the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and comprehensively measures the candidates' moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor performance, and selects the best candidates.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Sixth schools set up a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which is fully responsible for the organization, leadership, supervision and management of the school entrance examination, and compacts the work responsibilities at different levels; Set up an admissions committee to perform its duties under the guidance of the admissions leading group.
Article 7 The Admissions Office of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, as a permanent organization for organizing and implementing the entrance examination, is responsible for the daily work of the undergraduate entrance examination.
Article 8 The Central Academy of Fine Arts shall, according to the needs of enrollment work, set up enrollment working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and be responsible for organizing and implementing the enrollment examination work in their respective regions under the leadership of the enrollment office.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 9 The enrollment plan of the Central Academy of Fine Arts shall be scientifically and reasonably determined according to the comprehensive factors such as the purpose of running a school, the key points of discipline and specialty construction, and teaching resources. The enrollment plan of 202 1 is as follows:
Note 1: plastic arts disciplines include oil painting department, printmaking department, sculpture department and mural department. Students study in the basic department of plastic arts in the first year.
Note 2: School of Urban Design is located in Yanjiao Campus.
Note 3: The School of Art and Design Management of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (Sino-French) is a Sino-foreign cooperative school located in Shanghai campus.
Chapter IV Registration
Article 10 Application conditions
Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), have graduated from a senior secondary education school or equivalent, be in good physical and mental health, meet the physical examination requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and meet the professional learning requirements of our school. Candidates are not color blind and must register for the college entrance examination according to art; After meeting the above conditions, active military personnel may apply for the exam with the approval of the relevant military departments.
One of the following circumstances does not apply:
1. College students with higher education qualifications;
2. Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools;
3. Persons who have been suspended from the college entrance examination due to violation of the national education examination regulations and are in the suspension period;
4 because of the violation of the criminal law by the relevant departments to take compulsory measures or is serving a sentence;
5. Cheating in the professional examination of our school and taking a semester off for less than three years.
Article 11 Registration methods and fees
All candidates will register through our enrollment system and pay the registration fee. Candidates can only apply for one major, and the registration fee is 160 yuan/person. After the payment is successful, the registration information cannot be changed.
If you need to change the application information for personal reasons, you can cancel your current major and pay again. After successful registration and payment, there is no refund.

Article 12 Candidates whose foreign language is a non-English language can apply for our school, but our school only offers college English courses at the undergraduate level. Non-English language candidates should apply carefully.
Thirteenth candidates should strictly abide by the principle of honesty examination, truthfully and accurately fill in my information, and carefully check and confirm.
Chapter V Examination
Article 14 According to the corresponding requirements of our school's examination and provincial unified examination, candidates of all majors take the school examination on the basis of passing the provincial unified examination (undergraduate).
Fifteenth China painting, calligraphy, plastic arts, experimental art, art design, urban art design and art protection and restoration professional examination is divided into two parts: online preliminary examination and on-site re-examination.
(1) The subjects, date, time and requirements of online preliminary examination are as follows:
The standardized test papers provided by the school should be used in all professional examinations, and oil paints are not allowed.
The online preliminary test results are only used as candidates' retest qualifications and are not included in the retest.
Candidates who pass the online preliminary test must pay attention to the school and log in to the enrollment system to print the admission ticket according to the notice, and take the second test on time.
(2) The date of on-site re-examination is 202 1 March 21day, and the subjects, time and requirements of re-examination for each major are as follows:
The standardized test papers provided by the school should be used in all professional examinations, and oil paints are not allowed.
Sixteenth architecture, fine arts, art history, art theory, art and design management majors only set up online examinations.
Article 17 Online examination papers shall be mailed to candidates by the school within one week before the examination. Candidates are not allowed to unpack the test paper in advance after receiving it, and should unpack it under video surveillance before the exam. Detailed online exam requirements will be released before the exam. Candidates should pay attention to the school and prepare for the exam as required.
Eighteenth professional examination results query and certificate issuance.
(1) results inquiry method: candidates log in to our school's enrollment system to inquire about professional examination results.
(2) The number of qualified students in the re-examination of professional schools in our school is not more than 4 times of the number of students admitted last year, and those who fail to reach the undergraduate qualification line in the provincial unified examination are invalid (except those who have no provincial unified examination or the provincial unified examination does not involve majors).
Nineteenth candidates cultural examination and matters needing attention
(a) candidates in principle to participate in the college entrance examination in the domicile.
(2) Candidates must carefully fill in every item of information in the college entrance examination physical examination form, especially the column of "past medical history". Freshmen in our school will be disqualified according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education if they find that they provide false information about the college entrance examination or conceal their medical history.
Chapter VI Admission
Article 20 The enrollment work of the Central Academy of Fine Arts shall be carried out under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education and under the organization of the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in accordance with the enrollment rules of our school.
Article 21 All majors in the Central Academy of Fine Arts are recruited in a unified way, and all majors are admitted in batches in advance in the art category.
Article 22 Acceptance
Acceptance principle
According to the requirements of the special enrollment work of the Ministry of Education, all candidates who apply for various majors in our school must take the unified examination in their provinces and cities, and only those who pass the unified examination (except the majors not covered by the provincial unified examination or those not covered by the provincial unified examination) are eligible to be admitted to our school. According to the examination results of cultural courses and professional courses, as well as the political, ideological and moral inspection and physical examination of candidates, our school selects the best candidates.
(2) Admission method
1. The total scores of cultural courses of all professional candidates are converted uniformly, and the arts and sciences are admitted according to the converted relative scores of cultural courses. The relative score of candidates = the total score of candidates' cultural courses ÷ a batch of lines (literature/science) × 100 in the province where candidates are located, and the relative score is rounded to three decimal places.
2. Admission by professional achievement ranking: Candidates who have passed the re-examination of plastic arts, Chinese painting, calligraphy, experimental art, art design, urban art design, art protection and restoration, and whose relative achievements in cultural courses meet the requirements of our school's admission control line, will be admitted according to professional achievement ranking. When the professional rankings are tied and the enrollment plan is insufficient, they will be admitted according to their relative achievements in cultural courses.
3. Admission according to the relative scores of cultural courses: candidates majoring in architecture, fine arts, art history, art theory, art and design management have passed professional examinations, and candidates are queued in the arts and sciences according to the relative scores of the cultural courses in the college entrance examination, and are selected on the basis of merit. The relative scores of cultural courses are tied, and when the enrollment plan is insufficient, they will be admitted in turn according to the professional ranking. In principle, the number of students enrolled in architecture majors in each province shall not exceed12; In principle, the number of students in each province majoring in fine arts, art history theory and art theory shall not exceed 8.
(3) Measures to delimit the access control line
1. Candidates majoring in plastic arts, Chinese painting, calligraphy, experimental art, urban art design, art protection and restoration scored 75 points;
2. The relative score of art design candidates' cultural courses is 80 points;
3. The admission scores of cultural courses for architecture, fine arts, art history, art theory, art and design management majors are generated by professional qualified candidates according to the relative scores of cultural courses, which are not lower than the admission control scores of the first batch of ordinary undergraduates or the second batch of ordinary undergraduates in the province of origin.
(4) Others
1. The comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is subject to the announcement of the provincial and municipal education examination institutes.
2. Hainan Province uses the standard score when calculating the relative score.
3. A reference line is a special type of admission control line used by provinces with merged batches of college entrance examinations when calculating relative scores.
4. When calculating the relative scores of culture courses, our school does not recognize the extra points in the college entrance examination.
5. If there are adjustments to the enrollment policies of provinces and cities, the relative scores of candidates will be converted according to the unified standards of the enrollment methods of the provinces and cities where the students are located. The specific conversion method is determined by the school based on the principle of merit-based admission and fairness to all candidates in the same examination area.
Chapter VII Enrollment of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan
Twenty-third overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan jointly recruit candidates to apply for the exam.
Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan candidates must meet the registration qualifications and identity qualifications stipulated in the General Rules for Joint Recruitment of Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Students in Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as the National Joint Recruitment), and take professional examinations in our school as required. The enrollment plan is based on the number of people approved by the Ministry of Education. Eligible candidates are admitted in line according to the results of the national joint recruitment culture course. The relative score of the national joint recruitment culture course is not less than 75 points (the calculation method of relative score is the same as that of mainland candidates).
Article 24 Requirements for students taking the Hong Kong Diploma in Secondary Education Examination
Students of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination must meet the requirements of the Measures for Recruiting Students of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination in Mainland Universities 202 1 and take professional examinations in our school. The enrollment plan is subject to the plan approved by the Ministry of Education. Only by passing the professional examination and achieving no less than "2,2,2,2" in the four core subjects of the Hong Kong Secondary School Diploma Examination can you be admitted. The enrollment majors of 202 1 are: plastic arts, Chinese painting, calligraphy, experimental art, art design, urban art design and architecture.
Twenty-fifth registration examination methods
Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and Hong Kong candidates have the same registration requirements as mainland candidates. The professional examination is conducted by submitting works, and the requirements for submitting works will be announced in the school before the online examination.
Chapter VIII Handling of Violations
Twenty-sixth in our school enrollment, examination, admission and other links found that candidates have violated the rules, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national education examination, cancel their corresponding qualifications, admission qualifications and even admission qualifications, suspected of committing a crime, transferred to judicial organs according to law.
Twenty-seventh found cheating in our school entrance examination, recorded in the blacklist of our school entrance examination, shall not apply for our school for three years, and notify the provincial entrance examination institutions.
Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
Article 28 Our school implements a scholarship system to reward students with excellent academic performance.
Twenty-ninth undergraduate students enjoy the medical treatment prescribed by the state.
Article 30 After the freshmen enter the school, our school will conduct a comprehensive audit in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Implementation Measures of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Those who fail to pass the re-examination and meet the admission conditions will be cancelled and returned to their original places.
Article 31 Our school collects tuition fees according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Beijing and Shanghai Price Bureaus, and the tuition fees shall be subject to the amount approved in that year.
Article 32 Our school does not hold any form of pre-test remedial classes, does not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and has not established a student source or student source training base in any province, city or middle school. Shall not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Without the authorization of our school, our school reserves the right to investigate any intermediary agency or individual responsible for enrollment in our name.
Article 33 Anyone who participates in the undergraduate enrollment of our school in 20021year shall be deemed to have read the Statute of Undergraduate Enrollment of Central Academy of Fine Arts in 20021year, and fully understand and recognize the requirements, examination methods, admission principles and other relevant provisions described in the Statute.
Article 34 The enrollment work of the Central Academy of Fine Arts shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments of the school and all sectors of society.
Article 35 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation and shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. When national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels change, the changed provisions shall prevail.
