The order summons directly uses the customer's order or takes the delivery note of the distribution center as evidence of the delivery order. This method is suitable for cases with few orders and lots, and often cooperates with the order picking method. Orders are easily defiled in the process of calling and picking, which may lead to errors in the operation process. Moreover, the storage location of the goods is not marked on the order, and the picking depends on the memory of the operator, which affects the picking efficiency.
(2) Delivery of the bill of lading
Input the original user's order into the computer to process the delivery information, and then print out the delivery list. The advantage of this method is that the information marked on the processed picking list can guide the picking operation more directly and concretely, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the picking operation. However, it costs a lot to process and print the picking list, and it is necessary to prevent the picking list from making mistakes as much as possible. See table 10- 1 in the first section for the picking list format.
(3) Display transmission
Display transmission is to install lights or liquid crystal displays on the shelves to display the picking information transmitted through the numerical control system. The display is installed in the storage space, and the display on the corresponding storage space shows the quantity of goods to be picked, that is, the digital picking system is adopted. The system can be installed on gravity shelves, pallet shelves and general cargo scaffolding. Display transfer mode can cooperate with manual picking, prevent picking mistakes, increase the response speed of picking personnel and improve picking efficiency.
(4) Wireless communication transmission
Wireless communication transmission is to install wireless communication equipment on the forklift, through which the driver on the forklift is instructed what kind of goods should be taken from which storage space and how many pieces of goods should be taken. This mode of delivery is usually suitable for the pick-up operation in batch shipment.
(5) computer instructions
Computer-attached instructions refer to setting computer terminals on forklifts or trolleys to assist in picking goods. Before picking up the goods, input the picking information into the computer or software, and the picker will pick up the goods at the correct position according to the instructions on the computer screen on the forklift or trolley.
(6) Barcode
Bar codes use the thickness of black and white stripes to form different parallel symbols, rather than the number of commodity containers. Stick it on the surface of goods or containers, read it with a scanner, and decode it with a computer, thus converting "linear symbols" into "numbers" for computer operation.
(7) Automatic picking system transfer
The picking process is completed by an automatic control system. It is one of the main directions of the development of logistics distribution technology that picking information is formed after the order is input by electronic equipment, and the sorting operation is completed by automatic sorting system under the guidance of picking information.
