Among them, if the number of registered buyers is between 2 times (inclusive) and 3 times the number of corresponding houses, the houses shall be selected according to the two types of houses purchased by families without houses (shed reform) and ordinary families; Families without housing (shed reform) should give priority to the purchase of housing not less than 70% of the corresponding housing, and the remaining housing should be used for ordinary families to buy.
If the number of registered buyers is 3 times or more than the corresponding number of houses, all the families without houses (shed reform) who have successfully registered will be notarized and shaken; If there is no room (shed reform), the housing is less than 3 times, and ordinary families who buy houses will make up in the order of notarization and lottery.

According to the notice, in terms of registration, the applicant for house purchase shall register with the "pre-qualification code for house purchase" through the online government affairs hall of Chengdu Housing and Construction Bureau or the "Tianfu Citizen Cloud" mobile application client house purchase registration system, and the registration time shall not be less than 1 day. Without obtaining the "pre-qualification code for house purchase", the house purchase registration system will not accept its registration.
In terms of notarization and publicity, after registration, if the number of registered buyers reaches two or more times, the housing and construction department will promptly feed back the registration results to the development enterprises, and push the list of all successful registered buyers to the notary office.
